Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของผู้รับเหมางานระบบเครื่องกลในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้การดำเนินงานของผู้รับเหมางานระบบเครื่องกลในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารประสบผลสำเร็จกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทจำกัด ที่รับเหมางานระบบเครื่องกลในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่มีทุนจดทะเบียน 1-5 ล้านบาท มีผลการดำเนินงานใน พ.ศ. 2549 เป็นกำไร จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 383 บริษัท เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใชัวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีทุนจดทะเบียน 4 - 5 ล้านบาท มีมูลค่างานระบบเครื่องกลที่รับทำมากกว่า 17 ล้านบาท มีพนักงานระดับผู้บริหาร 1 - 2 คน วิศวกร 2 - 3 คน
ช่างเทคนิค 2 - 4 คน และคนงาน 10 - 12 คน พนักงานฝ่ายบัญชี ฝ่ายบุคคลและฝ่ายธุรการ 1 - 4 คน เงินเดึอนพนักงานระดับผู้บริหารมากกว่า 7.5 หมื่นบาท วิศวกร 2 - 3 หมื่นบาท ช่างเทคนิค 1.2 - 1.6 หมื่นบาท คนงาน 5 พัน-1 หมื่นบาท และพนักงานฝ่ายบัญชี ฝ่ายบุคคลและฝ่ายธุรการ 1.5- 2 หมื่นบาท มีสวัสดิการคือค่ารักษาพยาบาลเฉพาะพนักงาน มีประกันสังคมและประกันชีวิตมีการจ่ายโบนัสทุกปี มีการควบคุมการทำงานอย่างละเอียดในขั้นตอนสำคัญ มีการนำนวัตกรรม
ใหม่ๆ เข้ามาและการกำหนดราคางานประมูล โดยใช้วิธีคิดค่าใช้จ่ายจริง การลดต้นทุนคือ การลดค่าวัสดุและค่าขนส่ง (2) ปัจจัยที่ทำให้การดำเนินงานประสบความสำเร็จ เรียงลำดับตามความสำคัญ ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจ จำนวนบุคลากร การเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กรเมื่อสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกเปลี่ยนไปโครงสร้างเงินเดีอนของพนักงาน การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง กลยุทธ์การประมูลงาน ความเชี่ยวชาญในงานที่รับทำ การจัดทีมงาน การออกแบบงานและการจัดลำดับงาน ลักษณะผู้นำ การควบคุมการทำงานและนวัตกรรมในองค์กร
The objectives of this research were to: (1) study overall of mechanical contractor in food factory; and (2) study for keys success operating of mechanical contractor in food factory. The population was mechanical contractors for food factory in Bangkok Metropolis and its vicinity. Three hundred and eighty three companies with capital 1-5 million baht and net profit in 2006 were studied. Data were collected by questionnaires. The results were analyzed by statistics as mean and percentage. Major findings in this research were: (1) most samples with capital 4,000,000-5,000,000 baht had mechanical works worth more than 17,000,000 baht, 1-2 managers, 2-3 engineers, 2-4 technicians, 10-12 workers and 1-4 accounting, personal and administrative staffs. Employee salaries for managers were over 75,000 baht, engineers were 20,000-30,000 baht, technicians were 12,000-16,000 baht, workers were 5,000-10,000 baht and accounting, personal and administrative staffs were 15,000-20,000 baht. Welfares were expense for employees only, social security, insurance and bonus every year. Operation control was elaborated done well in importance steps. Innovations were applied? Bidding method was done by calculating of actual expense, operating costs were reduced by reducing material prices and transportation; and (2) success keys were ranked from more to less as motivation, manpower, five force models, salary structure, procurement, bidding strategies, work expertise, team works, work design and prioritization, leadership, work control and organization innovation.
