การพัฒนาเมทาดาตาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์งานทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ของการอพยพเคลื่อนย้ายสู่การตั้งเมืองในภาคอีสานของประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อออกแบบเค้าร่างเมทาดาตาสําหรับข้อมูลด้านประวัติศาสตร์การตั้งเมืองในภาคอีสานของประเทศไทย และ (3) เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบเค้าร่างเมทาดาตาสําหรับข้อมูลด้านประวัติศาสตร์การตั้งเมืองในภาคอีสานโดยการใช้ร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิสเทคโนโลยีแสดงผลตามช่วงเวลา และระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อพัฒนาและทดสอบประเมินเมทาดาตาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์งานทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเค้าร่างเมทาดาตาระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์งานทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นผ่านเทคนิคการประเมิน ผลการค้นคืนสารสนเทศ โดยการตั้งคําถามเชิงสัมพันธ์และทดสอบการเรียกค้นคืนสารสนเทศเพื่อหาระดับความแม่นยํา และความครบถ้วนของการค้นคืน ได้ค่าระดับความแม่นยํา คือ ร้อยละ 91.68 และความครบถ้วน คือ ร้อยละ 75.74 ของการเรียกค้นคืนสารสนเทศ ส่วนประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 82.78 ผลที่ได้จากการประเมินคือความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดโดยรวมทุกด้าน ( X =4.83) สรุปได้วาระบบต้นแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความน่าเชื่อถือแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสําเร็จจากการตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน สามารถนําไปใช้ในการพัฒนาต่อยอด เพื่อที่จะทําให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นและมีคุณประโยชน์และคุณค่าทางวิชาการทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารต่อไป

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the history of migration to the city settlement in the northeast of Thailand 2) to design metadata schema for the history of the city settlement in the northeast of Thailand, and 3) to develop the metadata schema for the history of the city settlement in the northeast of Thailand by applying web service technology in integrated with timeline technology and geographic information system. The Research and Development methodology (R&D) was for developing and evaluation testing the metadata schema for the history of the city settlement in the northeast of Thailand. Results of the research presented the metadata schema prototype of the city settlement in the northeast of Thailand. For the evaluation of information retrieval (IR), its precision was 91.68 percent, 75.74 percent of recall, and overall performance or F-Measure on the semantically search was82.78 percent. The satisfactory evaluation was in the highest levelin all aspects ( X = 4 .8 3 ). It concluded that the system prototype demonstrated the successfulness on reliability and verified the integrity of the information in the web base application. It can be used to develop in order to make it more efficient, and it was useful and had the academic value for the information and communication technology.
