Abstract
การจัดทำวิทยานิพนธ์ให้ประสบผลสำเร็จขึ้นอยู่กับบทบาทในการบริหารจัดการวิทยานิพนธ์ของผู้เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ระดับ คือ คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ และนักศึกษา โดยคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรจะต้องวางแผนการบริหารจัดการ บริหารจัดการวิทยานิพนธ์ให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ สื่อสารสร้างความเข้าใจกับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและนักศึกษา จัดกิจกรรม "คลินิกวิจัย" เพื่อเสริมความพร้อม กำกับ ติดตามกระบวนการจัดทำวิทยานิพนธ์ และสรุปประเมินผลการบริหารจัดการ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ต้องมีบทบาทในการวางแผนและการให้คำปรึกษา ใช้ทักษะที่จำเป็นในการให้คำปรึกษา บริหารจัดการนักศึกษาที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ ตรวจและปรับปรุงแก้ไขวิทยานิพนธ์ เสริมสร้างขวัญ กำลังใจ และสรุปประเมินผลการบริหารจัดการ สำหรับนักศึกษาต้องกำหนดเป้าหมายและวางแผนการทำงาน เสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พร้อมทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ศึกษาค้นคว้าองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เลือกหัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์และออกแบบการวิจัย จัดทำโครงร่างวิทยานิพนธ์ กำหนดแผนและขอรับคำปรึกษาจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมทำวิทยานิพนธ์ บริหารจัดการเวลา เรียนรู้ให้เข้าใจธรรมชาติและลักษณะการทำงานของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และตรวจแก้ไขงานด้วยความละเอียดรอบคอบ
Successful thesis management depends on the roles in thesis management of at least three levels of concerned people, namely, the program administration committee, thesis advisors, and students. The program administration committee must plan the thesis management, manage toward the completion of thesis, communicate for understanding with thesis advisors and students, organizing “research clinic activities" to enhance readiness of students, monitor and follow up the thesis preparation process, and conclude and evaluate the thesis management process. Thesis advisors must play a role in planning and advising, using the skills necessary for providing advices to students, managing and supervising students under responsibility, examining and revising the thesis, enhancing the students’ will power and morale, and concluding and evaluating the management process. As for students, they must set goals and work plans, enhance their characteristics for readiness to do thesis, study related body of knowledge, choose thesis topic and research design, make a thesis proposal, establish a plan and request advice from the thesis advisor, manage the thesis activities and time, learn to understand the nature of advisor’s working characteristics, and correct their thesis in every detail with carefulness
