Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการรับฟังของผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. (2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ฟังต่อการนำเสนอรายการของสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียง แห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. จาก 17 ตำบล 3 อำเภอโดยใช้วิธีสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัด ภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุต่ำกว่า25 ปี มีอาชีพเป็นนักเรียน/นักศึกษา ช่วงเวลาที่ฟังเวลา 18.01-21.00 น. สถานที่ที่ฟังคือ ที่บ้าน ชอบฟังรายการซันไชน์เรดิโอและรายการ ภูเก็ตวาไรตี้ อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้ฟังรายการมีความพึงพอใจต่อรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 96.75 MHz. อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะ ด้านรายการพบว่า ควรเพิ่มเวลารายการซันไชน์เรดิโอ และรายการภูเก็ตวาไรตี้เพิ่มรายการเกมส์ลุ้น รางวัล และควรปรับปรุงสัญญาณออกอากาศให้ชัดเจนขึ้น
This study aimed to examine: (1) listening behaviors of the listeners to Radio Thailand System in Phuket with F.M. frequency of 96.75 MHz.; (2) the satisfaction of listeners; and (3) recommendations of the listeners on the presentation of Radio Thailand in Phuket with F.M. frequency of 96.75. MHz. This was a survey research. The samples consisted of 300 listeners to Radio Thailand in Phuket Province with F.M. frequency of 96.75 MHz. from 17 subdistricts in 3 districts by accidental sampling. The research instrument to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used for research data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research were that: (1) the majority listeners were under 25 years old, were student/undergraduate. They mainly listened between 06.01 pm to 09.00 pm at their residences. They listened to radio program on Sunshine Radio Program and Phuket Variety Program at the high level; (2) the listeners’ satisfaction towards Radio Thailand, Phuket Province F.M. 96.75 MHz. was at the high level; and (3) the samples suggested that the broadcasting time of Sunshine Radio Program and Phuket Variety Program should be increased as well as, more game show programs. The broadcasting signal should be clearer adjusted.
