คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้ราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินวิธีการศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร ได้แก่ ข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินทั้งหมด จำนวน 2,883 คน คำนวณตามสูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 352 คน ใช้วิธี การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยเก็บตัวอย่างข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน ในระดับชำนาญการและปฏิบัติการได้จำนวน 363 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทคสอบค่าเอฟ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงิน-แผ่นดิน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานด้านความภูมิใจในองค์กรที่มีคุณค่าทางสังคม มีคำเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านลักษณะการบริหารและด้านความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด (2) ข้าราชการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน ที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษารายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ตำแหน่งงานปัจจุบัน แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนข้าราชการ ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการพิจารณาปริมาณงานที่รับผิดชอบในแต่ละส่วนงานอย่างเหมาะสมให้เกิดความสมดุลทั้งชีวิตการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวและมีการจัดสรรเครื่องใช้สำนักงานอย่างเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน

The objectives of this study were: (1) to study level of working life quality of official at Office of the Auditor General of Thailand; (2) to compare working life quality of official at Office of the Auditor General of Thailand classified by personal factors; and (3) to recommend approaches in developing quality of official working at Office of the Auditor General of Thailand. This study was a survey research. Population was the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand which are 2,883 official working in provincial. And 352 people are sample obtained by Taro Yamane. Samples of are 363 Government Officials in Professional and Practitioner Level by using Simple sampling method. Online questionnaire is used as a tool. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe’s test. The results revealed that: (1) an overview of quality of working life of official at Office of the Auditor General was at medium level. Considered each aspect, it was found that Pride in a socially valuable organization was at the highest level, followed by Management Features, and The balance between work and personal life was least average; (2) official at Office of the Auditor General who were different in personal factors such as gender, age, marital status, educational background, salary and position would be different in quality of working life at statistical significance level of 0.05. Personnel who has different in working period, would not be different in quality of working life; and (3) Recommendations were to consider appropriate amount of work to balance with daily life and also organize sufficient office supplies to process the task.
