การประเมินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวณชายแดนที่ 24

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของการประกันคุณภาพ ภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 24 (2) ประเมินกระบวนการการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 24 และ (3) ประเมินผลผลิตของการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 24 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร 8 คน ครู 64 คน ของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวน ชายแดนสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 24 ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบเจาะจง เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจ ตระเวนชายแดน โดยภาพรวม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน แต่ด้านงบประมาณไม่ผ่าน เกณฑ์การประเมิน (2) กระบวนการการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวน ชายแดน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกด้าน และ (3) ผลผลิตของการประกัน คุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ การประเมิน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านกระบวนการอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านผู้เรียน และด้านปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับพอใช้

The objectives of this research were to: (1) evaluate the input of internal quality assurance of border patrol police schools under the 24th. Border Patrol Police Division; (2) evaluate the process of internal quality assurance of border patrol police schools under the 24th. Border Patrol Police Division; and (3) evaluate the output of internal quality assurance of border patrol police schools under the 24th. Border Patrol Police Division. The research sample consisted of 8 school administrators, and 64 teachers of border patrol police schools under the 24th. Border Patrol Police Division, all of whom were purposively selected. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire and a data recording form. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, mode, and content analysis. Research findings showed that (1) the input as a whole of internal quality assurance of border patrol police schools passed the evaluation criteria; when each input aspect was considered, it was found that the aspects of administration, personnel, and material and equipment passed the evaluation criteria, the budget aspect did not pass the evaluation criteria; (2) the process as a whole and in every aspect of internal quality assurance of border patrol police schools passed the evaluation criteria; and (3) the output as a whole of internal quality assurance of border police patrol was at the fair level and did not pass the evaluation criteria; when each output aspect was considered, it was found that the process aspect was at the good level, the learners aspect and the factors aspect were at the fair level
