ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 จำนวน 306 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบ สอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .82 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน การสร้างภาวะผู้นำร่วมกัน การสนับสนุนทรัพยากรการศึกษา การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน และการสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และใหญ่พิเศษ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this study were (1) to study leadership of school administrators in 21st century under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 2; and (2) to compare leadership of school administrators in 21st century under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 2 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 306 teachers in schools under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire of leadership of school administrators in 21st century with reliability coefficient of .82. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and by-dimension components of leadership of school administrators in 21st century were rated at the high level, and the specific dimension rating means being ranked from high to low were as follows: the learning management for developing students, the sharing leadership together, the supporting educational resource, the creating a vision together, and the creating a network to support learning; and (2) the comparison results of the leadership of school administrators in 21st century as classified by school size, it was found that leadership of school administrators in small sized schools, middle sized schools, large sized schools, and extra-large sized schools were not significantly different.
