Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความรู้ แหล่งความรู้ และความคิดเห็นในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร 3) การจัดการโซ่อุปทาน สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอกในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกรประชากร ได้แก่ เกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ล่าไยในอำเภอดอยเต่า ทั้งหมดจํานวน 150 ราย ทําการเก็บข้อมูลจากเกษตรกรทั้งหมด โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และทําการสนทนากลุ่ม คณะกรรมการกลุ่ม ๆ ละ 5 คน รวมเป็น 15 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลีย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการโซ่อุปทานการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูสภาพแวดล้อมภายในและสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตยาไยคุณภาพนอกฤดู เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในระดับมาก แหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งหมด โดยมีแหล่งความรู้ที่ได้รับมากกว่าแหล่งอื่น ๆ คือ สื่อกลุ่ม ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรในการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูพบว่า เกษตรกรมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการผลิตลําไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพทำให้มีการใช้น้ำอย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม เป็นการประหยัดน้ำ 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านการราดสารโพแทสเซียมคลอเรดมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการให้นํ้า การตัดแต่งกิ่ง การใช้ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน และด้านการตัดแต่งช่อผล ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการนำไปปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตลำไยคุณภาพนอกฤดูของเกษตรกร เกษตรกรนำไปปฏิบัติมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การตัดแต่งกิ่ง การให้น้ำ และการราดสารโพแทสเซียมคลอเรต 3) การจัดการโซ่อุปทานที่สำคัญ ด้านต้นน้ำ คือ การเตรียมต้นก่อนการผลิตลำไย กลางน้ำ คือ การดูแลหลังการราดสารโพแทสเซียมคลอเรส และปลายน้ำ คือ การเก็บเกี่ยว การจําหน่าย และการแปรรูป ส่วนจุดแข็ง คือ ผลผลิตลำไยมีคุณภาพและได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน GAP จุดอ่อนคือ ขาดแคลนแรงงานในภาคการผลิต โอกาสคือ สภาพพื้นที่มีความเหมาะสมในการผลิตลำไยนอกฤดู และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน อุปสรรคคือ ปัจจัยการผลิตราคาสูง และราคาผลผลิตไม่มีความแน่นอน 4) ปัญหาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีปัญหาสำคัญด้านราคาและการตลาด ข้อเสนอแนะโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเฉพาะด้านราคาและการตลาด ได้แก่ จัดหาช่องทางในการจัดจำหน่ายผลผลิตลำไยทั้งผลสดและลําไยอบแห้งให้หลากหลายช่องทาง
The objectives of this research were to study 1) knowledge, knowledge sources and opinion about off-season quality longan production of the farmers 2) the adoption of technology in off-season quality longan production of the farmers 3) supply chain management, internal and external environment in off-season quality longan production of the farmers 4) problems and suggestions about the extension guidelines for off-season quality longan production of the farmers. The population was 150 collaborative longan farmers in Doi Tao district. Data were collected from the entire population using interview questions and focus group method of 5 committees from each group with the total number of 15 persons. Data were then analyzed by using statistics i.e. frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation and ranking. In regards to qualitative data, supply chain management of off-season quality longan production and internal and external environment were analyzed. The results showed that 1) the farmers knew at high level about off-season quality longan production. The knowledge sources about off-season quality longan production, overall, was at moderate level. The farmers obtained knowledge from group media more than from other sources. The farmers expressed opinions toward off-season quality longan production at highest level, especially the appropriate water usage in off-season quality longan production helped save water. 2) The adoption of off-season quality longan production of the farmers, overall, was at high level. The technology that they adopted at highest level was the application of Potassium Chlorate. Second to that were watering, branch trimming, the application of fertilizer according to the soil analysis and bunch pruning, respectively. The technologies in off-season quality longan production that the farmers brought into practice at highest level were branch trimming, watering and the application of Potassium Chlorate. 3) The main supply chain management in the upstream process was tree preparation prior to longan production. The mid-stream process was plant care after the application of Potassium Chlorate. The downstream processes were harvest, distribution and processing. The strengths were quality longan fruit and certified GAP. The weakness was the lack of labor in the production sector. The opportunities were an appropriate area to produce off-season longan and the support from the government and private sectors. The threats were high price of input factors and inconsistent product price. 4) Problems, overall, were at moderate level. The main problems were pricing and marketing. Suggestions, overall, were at high level, especially pricing and marketing i.e. various distribution channel searching for fresh and dried product selling
