ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ที่มีค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นต่อค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูลของบุคลากรสังกัดสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูลของบุคลากร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศีกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ จํานวน 390 ราย กําหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยคํานวณจากสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ 200 ราย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น ซึ่งเป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูลภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับค่าตอบแทนที่ไม่เป็นตัวเงิน เกี่ยวกับงานด้านสภาพการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาเกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมของงานด้านเพื่อนร่วมงาน เกี่ยวกับงานด้านลักษณะงาน และค่าตอบแทนที่เป็นตัวเงินค่าตอบแทนทางตรงตามลำดับ (2) บุคลากรสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ไม่แตกต่างกันระดับตำแหน่งต่างกัน อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ด้านการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อค่าตอบแทนที่ไม่เป็นตัวเงิน เกี่ยวกับงาน ด้านลักษณะงาน สภาพการทํางานความก้าวหน้าในการทํางาน เกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมของงาน ด้านผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อนร่วมงาน และความมั่นคงในการทํางานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the opinion level of the personnel’s compensation and complementary benefits of Vocational Education Institute in Krabi Province; and (2) to compare the opinions of the personnel’s compensation and complementary benefits, classified by personal factors. The population of this quantitative research consisted of 390 educational personnel at Vocational Education, Krabi Province. The sample was 200 personnel, calculated by using Taro Yamane formula with a probability sampling method. A constructed questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, difference analysis and one-way analysis of variance. The results revealed that (1) the opinion level of the compensation and complementary benefits was overall at a very good level, when consideration in each aspect the opinion of the non-monetary compensation related to work with working condition was at a very good level followed by work environment of colleague, related to work in an aspect of job characteristics, and the monetary compensation respectly; and (2) personnel at Vocational Education in Krabi Province with different genders had no different opinions on compensation and benefits. However, the personnel who had different positions, age, status, level of education, and job experience had different opinions toward non-monetaty compensation on job characteristics, working conditions, work progress, work environment, supervisor, colleague and working stability, with a statistical significant at 0.05 level
