Abstract
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิตถ์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 5 ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และ(2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง ภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิตถ์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 5 ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 5 ของโรงเรียนทาปลาอนุสรณ์ 1 จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 45 คน ได้โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง ภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิตถ์ และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิถต์ มีเนื้อหา 4 เรื่อง คือความเป็นมาของภาษาอุตรดิตถ์ ภาษาถิ่นเหนือภาษาถิ่นลาวหลวงพระบาง และภาษาถิ่นทุ่งยั้ง โดยมีจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมท้ายเรื่อง และแบบทดลองหลังเรียน และ (2) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง ภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิตถ์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 5 ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 83.25/82.65 แสดงว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง ภาษาถิ่นอุตรดิตถ์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 5 ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ มาตรฐาน 80/80
The purposes of this study were ( 1) to construct a computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects for Prathom Suksa V students in Uttaradit province with efficiency; and (2) to verify the efficiency of the constructed computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects for Prathom Suksa V students in Uttaradit province based on the set efficiency criterion. The sample for this study consisted of 45 purposively selected Prathom Suksa V students of Tapla Anuson 1 School in Uttaradit province during the first semester of the 2015 academic year. The instruments employed in this study were a computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects, and a learning achievement test. Statistics employed for data analysis was the E1/E2 efficiency index. The findings revealed that (1) the constructed computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects for Prathom Suksa V students in Uttaradit province was composed of contents in four topics, namely, Historical Background of Uttaradit Dialects, the Northern Dialect, the Luang Phra Bang Laotian Dialect, and Thung Yang Local Dialect; the program also had learning objectives, end-of-story activities, and post-learning tests; and (2) the constructed computer-assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects for Prathom Suksa V students in Uttaradit province was efficient at 83.25/82.65 indicating that the computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Uttaradit Local Dialects for Prathom Suksa V students in Uttaradit province had efficiency higher than the 80/80 criterion
