Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษาของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ 2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษาของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ จำแนกตามคณะ และคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม และ 3) ศึกษาปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษาของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มประชากร คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 และปีที่ 4 มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ วิทยาเขตสงขลา ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 4,032 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 351 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบรายคู่เชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณมีการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก จำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าเป็นการใช้สารสนเทศ แหล่งสารสนเทศบุคคล คือ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝึกงาน/สหกิจศึกษา รองลงมาเป็นการใช้สารสนเทศผ่านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพา เช่น สมาร์ตโฟน แท็บเล็ต การใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อสำรวจความสนใจและความต้องการฝึกงาน/สหกิจศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศ พบว่านิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ที่สังกัดคณะต่างกัน และคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมต่างกัน มีการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ด้านกระบวนการฝึกงาน/สหกิจศึกษา ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ด้านแหล่งสารสนเทศ ด้านรูปแบบสารสนเทศ ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศ และด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3) นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ มีปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีความเร็วต่ำ รองลงมาเป็นปัญหาของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ต้องมีอุปกรณ์ที่รองรับเพื่อให้เข้าถึงสารสนเทศ และปัญหาการเข้าถึงแหล่งสารสนเทศบุคคลเข้าถึงได้ยาก
This research aimed to: 1) study information use for internship and cooperative education by undergraduate students at Thaksin University, 2) compare the information use among students from different faculties and with various grade point averages, and 3) study problems with information use. This research was conducted by a survey and the population consisted of 4,032 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students at Thaksin University, Songkhla Campus in the academic year 2020. A sample group of 351 students were selected via quota sampling. The use of questionnaires was a tool employed in this research. Statistics used in analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffé's method. The research findings were summarized as follows: 1) undergraduate students at Thaksin University employed information use at a high level. Among the surveyed population, personal source as advisors and professors employed the most information use followed by information use via personal electronic devices, such as smart phones and tablets, and information use for surveying students’ interests and demands for internships and cooperative education. 2) Comparing information use by different faculties and grade point averages were found a significant difference of .05 such as processes, objectives, information sources, formats, contents, and information technology. 3) Undergraduate students had problems in information use at a moderate level. The most encountered problem was a slow internet connection followed by electronic devices being incapable of information use and difficulty in accessing personal source.
