การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายเรื่อง การใช้บริการหอสมุดกลาง สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การใช้บริการหอสมุดกลาง สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าในการฝึกอบรมของนักศึกษาจากการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่องการใช้บริการหอสมุดกลาง สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาใหม่ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง จำนวน42 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายเรื่อง การใช้บริการหอสมุดกลาง สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังฝึกอบรม และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่สร้างขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.11/81.00,80.00/82.33 และ 80.50/82.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักศึกษาที่ศึกษาจากชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การใช้บริการหอสมุดกลาง สำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง มีความก้าวหน้าในการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก

The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a computer-based training packagevia network on the topic of Using the Central Library Services for new students of LampangRajabhat University to meet the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the training progress of the students trained with the training package; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the quality of the computer-based training package via network. The research sample consisted of 42 newly enrolled students of Lampang Rajabhat University obtained by cluster sampling. Research instruments consisted of (1) a computer-based training package via network on the topic of Using the Central Library Services for new students of Lampang Rajabhat University; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess opinions. Statistics used for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings of this study were (1) the three units of the developed computer-based training package via network were efficient at 79.11/81.00,80.00/82.33 and 80.50/82.33 respectively, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students trained with the computer-based training package via network achieved training progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the opinions of the trained students toward the quality of the training package were at the highly agreeable level
