Abstract
การวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพี่อการจัดการการ
ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน (2) เปรียบเทียบประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ของระบบสารสนเทศ และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพี่อการจัดการการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานระหว่างระบบเดิมและระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา มี 4 ขั้นตอน (1) สำรวจสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ (2) ออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ (3) ทดลองใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ
และ (4) ประเมินผลระบบระบบสารสนเทศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 11 คน เป็นกลุ่มผู้พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ และพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 30 คน เป็นกลุ่มผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศและประเมินประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้และความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศเครื่องมือ การวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) โครงการการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพี่อการจัดการการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน (2) คู่มือการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศ และ (3) แบบสอบถาม มี 3 ส่วน ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทั่วไป ประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ และความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อระบบสารสนเทศ โดยส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 มีค่าดัชนีความตรง (CVI) เท่ากับ .87 และ.86 และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 เท่ากับ .97 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศเพี่อการจัดการการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่ถูกพัฒนาด้วยเทคโนโลยีเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น (Web application) และเว็บเซอร์วิส (Web services) ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดการการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานอย่างครอบคลุม ซึ่งเข้าถึงได้ที่เว็บไซต์โรงพยาบาลยโสธร (http://www.yasolhon.org หรือ http://l 13.53.236.26/emr) และการเปรียบเทียบประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ของระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นพบว่าดีกว่าระบบเดิม และพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพี่อการจัดการการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่พัฒนาขึ้นมากกว่าระบบเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of the research and development study were: (1) to develop the information technology system for diabetes care management, (2) to compare the usefulness of the information technology system, and (3) to compare the satisfaction of professional nurses toward the information technology system for diabetes care management between the previous system and the developed system. The research comprised 4 processes: (1) situational analysis, (2) information technology system design, (3) information technology system testing, and (4) information technology system evaluation. The subjects included 11 department leaders who produced the information technology system and 30 registered nurses who were users and evaluated the usefulness and satisfaction of the information technology system. The study tools comprised (1) the project of developing the information technology system for diabetes care management in Yasothon hospital, (2) Information technology system manual, and (3) questionnaires which consisted of 3 sections: general data, the usefulness of the information technology system and the satisfaction of registered nurses. The content validity indexes (CVI) of 2nd and 3 rd sections were .87 and .86; while, the Cronbrach’s alpha reliability coefficients were .97 and 97 respectively. The results showed as follows. (1) The information technology system for diabetes care management which was created by web application and web services comprised essential data for diabetes care management which can be accessed on the website of Yasothon Hospital (http://www.yasothon.org or http://l 13.53.236.26/emr). (2) Nurses rated the usefulness and their satisfaction on the information technology system for diabetes care management after implementing the model significantly higher than before (p < .01).
