Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างความสมานฉันท์ตามโครงการบุรีรัมย์สันติสุขเก้าดีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ 1) บริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสาร 2) กระบวนการสื่อสาร 3) รูปแบบการสื่อสาร และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการสื่อสาร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสังเกต เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจง รวมจำนวน 22 คน จากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการโดยตรง ประกอบด้วย ผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 12 บ้านเจริญสุข 1 คน ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 1 คน ประธานคุ้ม 8 คน ประชาชนระดับแกนนำ 8 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 4 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) บริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสาร บ้านเจริญสุขมีอัตลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นด้านประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมที่สืบทอดกันมานาน โดยยึดถือตามเผ่าพันธุ์คนลาวตามบรรพบุรุษ ซึ่งบริบทนี้มีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้การสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความสมานฉันท์ประสบความสำเร็จ เนื่องจากได้รับความร่วมมือร่วมใจของคนในชุมชนเป็นสำคัญ 2) กระบวนการสื่อสาร ผู้ส่งสารมีความน่าเชื่อถือ มีความรู้ในเรื่องการสร้างความสมานฉันท์ เนื้อหาที่ใช้ในการสื่อสาร คือ เนื้อหาธรรมนูญเก้า หลักการดำเนินชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชน สื่อหลักที่ใช้ในชุมชน คือ สื่อบุคคลและหอกระจายข่าว รวมถึงมีการสื่อสารผ่านวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีที่สืบทอดกันมา มีการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ประเภทไลน์ ส่วนผู้รับสารมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อผู้ส่งสารและเนื้อหาสารและมีพฤติกรรมในการให้ความร่วมมือกับผู้ส่งสาร 3) รูปแบบการสื่อสาร ใช้รูปแบบการสานเสวนาด้วยการพูดคุย การแสดงความคิดเห็น ใช้หลักศาสนาเป็นแนวทางโดยยึดคำสอน ความเชื่อ และพิธีกรรมทางพุทธศาสนา ส่วนการสื่อสารผ่านประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมชุมชนที่ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมาด้วยการสอดแทรกเนื้อหาสันติสุขเก้าและความร่วมมือ การหลอมรวมเป็นพวกเดียวกัน รวมทั้งการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กันแบบเครือญาติทําให้เกิดความรู้สึกผูกพันต่อกัน และการสื่อสารผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในการแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างกัน 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความสมานฉันท์ ด้านผู้ส่งสารต้องยอมรับในความสําคัญอย่างเท่าเทียมกันของผู้ส่งสารและผู้รับสาร ต้องมีทักษะ มีทัศนคติที่ดี ด้านการกำหนดประเด็นเนื้อหา เนื้อหาต้องเป็นสิ่งที่ปฏิบัติจริงได้เป็นที่ยอมรับและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อคนในชุมชน เนื้อหาไม่จำเป็นต้องเฉพาะเจาะจงหรือเน้นเรื่องความสมานฉันท์ แต่ต้องเป็นเรื่องในชีวิตประจำวันของคนในชุมชนเป็นไปตามอัตลักษณ์ วิถีชุมชน ส่วนด้านรูปแบบการสื่อสารการสร้างความสมานฉันท์ ควรพัฒนาทักษะให้กับผู้นำที่มีบทบาทโดยตรงด้านการใช้การสานเสวนาการใช้หลักศาสนาเป็นแนวทาง และการสื่อสารผ่านประเพณี วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน
The objective of this research was to study communication for reconciliation building in the Buriram Nine Principles of Peace Community Project in terms of 1) context; 2) process; 3) patterns of communication; and 4) approaches for developing better communication for reconciliation building. This was a qualitative research using the methods of in-depth interviews and observation. The key informants were 22 people chosen through purposive sampling from among people directly involved with the Buriram Nine Principles of Peace Community Project. They included the village headman of Jaroen Suk Village, 1 village savant, 8 group chairmen, 8 core village members, and 4 qualified experts. The data collection tool was an in-depth interview form. Data were analyzed through conclusion forming. The results showed that 1) the context that involved communication was the unique identity of Jaroen Suk Village that has ancient Laotian traditions and culture inherited from tribal ancestors. This context played an important part in the success of communications for reconciliation building because people in the community felt a sense of belonging and togetherness, so they cooperated. 2) In the communication process, the message sender was credible and knowledgeable about reconciliation. The messages communicated were about the Nine Principles of Peace agreement, life guidance, and the well being of the community. The media used in the community were primarily personal media and the public address system, as well as inherited culture and traditions. In addition, social media was used in the form of the Line application. The message receivers had good attitudes toward the message senders and the content of messages. Their behavior was to cooperate with the message senders. 3) The patterns of communication were connective discussion and expression of opinions based on a religious approach, i.e. Buddhist teachings, beliefs and ceremonies. Patterns of communication through community culture and traditions were infused with messages about peace, reconciliation, cooperation, brotherhood, and feelings of unity and connectedness. The social media was used for announcements and sharing news and information. 4) Approaches for improvement are to have message senders accept the importance and equality of their communication partners, and to have good skills and attitudes. For content, they should select messages that comply with reality and that are beneficial to members of the community. They need not be specifically about reconciliation or emphasize peace but can be about everyday life, and should fit in with the community’s identity and way of life. Patterns of communication for building reconciliation should focus on skill development for leaders who play a direct role in using connective discussion, Buddhist approaches, and communication via traditions, culture and the way of life in the community
