การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดการพัฒนาและรับรอง
คุณภาพโรงพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลห้วยพลู โดยระบบดังกล่าวจะจัดเก็บรวบรวมฐานข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลในฐานข้อมูล จะทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเรียกใช้ข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และสะดวกต่อความต้องการในการใช้งาน นอกจากนั้นยังมีระบบการรายงานข้อมูลและสถิติสำหรับผู้บริหารและทีมพัฒนาคุณภาพด้วยวิธีในการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลนี้ใช้หลักการวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศโดยเริ่มศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการจัดการตัวชี้วัดการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล การออกแบบฐานข้อมูล การพัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบและการติดตั้งระบบ และการประเมินโดยผู้ประสานงานคุณภาพ ผู้ที่จัดทำรายงานโปรแกรมเมอร์ และหัวหน้างาน รวมจำนวน 31 คน การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศนี้ใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL ภาษาที่ใชัคือภาษา PHP ภายใต้ระบบปฎิบัติการ Windows XP Professional ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัย ทำให้ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บและสืบค้นข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล และมีรายงานและสถิติเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
The objective of this study is to develop the database system for Hospital Accreditation’s key performance indicators at Huayploo hospital. The developed system stored and collected data about Hospital Accreditation's key performance indicators from which users could retrieve data quickly. In addition, the system reported statistical information for administrators and quality improvement team. System development life cycle was used as the research methodology. The study started from performing a feasibility study and analysing problems of managing Hospital Accreditation’s key performance indicators. Then the database system was developed. Finally the system was tested, implemented and evaluated by 31 users, consisting of administrators, data reporters, quality facilitators and related personnel. The system was developed by using MySQL for database management and PHP application under Windows XP Professional operation system. The results showed that the developed information system was useful for administrators in making decision to render more efficient services in Hospital Accreditation
