ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเอกสิทธิ์วิชาชีพการพยาบาลกับผลิตภาพในงานตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาเอกสิทธิ์วิชาชีพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (2) ศึกษาผลิตภาพในงานตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเอกสิทธิ์วิชาชีพการพยาบาลกับผลิตภาพในงานตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่น ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 323 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ลักษณะ คำถามแบบปลายปิดและปลายเปิด ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเอกสิทธิ์ วิชาชีพการพยาบาล และส่วนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามผลิตภาพในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและมีคำสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง ในส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติเชิงพรรณนา (การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ คำเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน) และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เอกสิทธิ์วิชาชีพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาจำแนกรายด้านพบว่าด้านการบริหารจัดการและด้านวิชาการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล พบว่าอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ผลิตภาพในงานตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) เอกสิทธิวิชาชีพการพยาบาล กับผลิตภาพในงานตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทิศทางบวกในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r= .585 P < .01)

The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study professional nurse autonomy as perceived by professional nurses at the Department of Local Administration, (2) to investigate the productivity in their performance as perceived by professional nurses at the Department of Local Administration, and (3) to find the relationship between professional nurse autonomy and productivity in their performance. The population comprised 323 professional nurses who Worked at the Department of Local Administration.The research tools comprised three sets of questionnaircs,covcring personnel data, professional nurse autonomy and the productivity of performance.They Were tested for reliability and validity. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third sets were both 0.93. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their autonomy at the moderate level. They rated their autonomy in administration and academic at the moderate level, but they rated their nursing practice at the high level.(2) They also rated the productivity of performance at the high level. Finally,(3) there was a statistically significant positive correlation at moderate level between professional nurse autonomy and productivity of performance (r= .585 p < .01).
