การพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนนาฎศิลป์สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนาบุรี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนนาฏศิลป์สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 1 ประชากรได้แก่ (1) ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 38 คน ครูผู้สอนวิชานาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 20 คน (2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และด้านนาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 8 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และ (3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 222 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 280 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความต้องการของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนวิชานาฏศิลป์ และนักเรียน ศูนย์การเรียนนาฏศิลป์ และแบบประเมินคุณภาพศูนย์การเรียนนาฏศิลป์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศูนย์การเรียนนาฏศิลป์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ปรัชญา วิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย นโยบาย วัตถุประสงค์ บทบาทหน้าที่ พันธกิจ บุคลากร โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และงบประมาณ ศูนย์การเรียนนี้ยังประกอบด้วย 5 ศูนย์การเรียนย่อย ได้แก่ ศูนย์ฝึกทักษะพื้นฐานนาฏศิลป์ ศูนย์นาฏศิลป์พื้นเมือง ศูนย์ละคร ศูนย์นาฏศิลป์นานาชาติ และศูนย์นาฏศิลป์อาเซียน และ ศูนย์การเรียนดังกล่าวได้รับการประเมินและรับรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่ามีคุณภาพในระดับดี และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้

The purpose of this research was to develop a dancing art learning center for Mathayom Suksa I students in Kanchanaburi Primary Education Service Area 1. The research sample consisted of (1) a group of 280 administrators, dancing art teachers, and Mathayom Suksa I sudents, obtained by simple random sampling; (2) a group of eight educational technology experts and dancing art experts; and (3) a group of three experts. The employed research instruments comprised questionnaires on the needs of administrators, teachers, and students; a form for brainstorming of opinions in focus group discussion; a dancing art learning center; and a form for quality assessment of the dancing art learning center. Data were analyzed using the percentage and content analysis. From the research findings, it was found that (1) the administrators, teachers,and Mathayom Suksa I students had the needs for the dancing art learning center at the highest level; (2) from brainstorming of opinions of the experts, it was found that the developed learning center was clearly specified and feasible; (3) the developed dancing art learning center had the following components: the philosophy, vision, goal, policy, objectives, roles and duty, mission, personnel, basic structure, and budget; this learning center was also composed of five sub-learning centers, namely, the basic dancing art practice center, the folk dancing art center, the dramatic art center, the international dancing art center, and the ASEAN dancing art center; and (4) the developed learning center was evaluated and certified by experts as having good quality and being feasible for implementation.
