Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจตัวชี้วัด ธรรมาภิบาลของภาครัฐ และดัชนีการรับรู้การทุจริตต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิรายปีของประเทศในกลุ่มสมาชิกอาเซียน 9 ประเทศ ได้แก่ ไทย สิงคโปร์ เวียดนาม ลาว กัมพูชา บรูไน อินโดนีเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ และมาเลเซีย ยกเว้น เมียนมาร์ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545-2563 จำนวน 138 ข้อมูล โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยและใช้ข้อมูลภาคตัดขวางแบบต่อเนื่องเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมภายในประเทศ มีความสัมพันธ์กับมูลค่าการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศของกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนในทิศทางเดียวกัน ณ ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 เสรีภาพของประชาชนในการแสดงความคิดเห็น และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศมีความสัมพันธ์กับมูลค่าการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศของกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนในทิศทางเดียวกัน ณ ระดับนับสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze Macroeconomic Factors, Governance indicators and the Corruption Perception Index affecting foreign direct investment in ASEAN. A fixed effects regression model was used to find the factors affecting foreign direct investment in ASEAN. Nine ASEAN countries (except Myanmar) were included in this study: Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. Relevant yearly data from 2002 to 2022, with the total of 138 data, were collected. The analysis revealed that the factors found to have a significant impact on foreign direct investment in ASEAN were gross domestic product, voice and accountability, and foreign exchange rates. Gross domestic product has a positive relation with statistical significance value at 0.01. Voice and accountability and foreign exchange rates also had a positive relation at 0.05 significant level.
