Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าของงานก่อสร้างอาคารพานทองแมนชั่นโดยวิธีทั่วไป (2) ศึกษาการบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าของงานก่อสร้างอาคารพานทองแมนชั่นโดยใช้หลักการของวงจรคุณภาพ (3) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าของงานก่อสร้างอาคารพานทองแมนชั่นโดยวิธีทั่วไปและโดยใช้หลักการของวงจรคุณภาพ และ (4) ออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานของโครงการติดตั้งงานระบบไฟฟ้าโดยใช้หลักการของ
วงจรคุณภาพ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ศึกษาจากโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าของงานก่อสร้างอาคารพานทองแมนชั่นเฟส 2 โดยชั้นที่ 3, 4 ใช้วิธีทั่วไป ส่วนชั้นที่ 1, 2 ใช้วิธีปรับปรุงงานด้วยหลักการของวงจรคุณภาพ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูลโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 15 กันยายน-30 ธันวาคม 2555 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าโดยวิธีทั่วไปใช้ระยะเวลาการทำงานโดยเฉลี่ย 111 วัน มีข้อผิดพลาดของงานโดยเฉลี่ย 32 ครั้ง และมีกำไรร้อยละ 5.42 (2) การบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าโดยใช้หลักการของวงจรคุณภาพใช้ระยะเวลาการทำงานโดยเฉลี่ย 78 วัน มีข้อผิดพลาดของงานโดยเฉลี่ย 14 ครั้ง และมีกำไรร้อยละ 13.65 (3) การบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าโดยใช้หลักการของวงจรคุณภาพ ใช้ระยะเวลาการทำงานและมีข้อผิดพลาดของงานน้อยกว่าการบริหารโครงการงานระบบไฟฟ้าโดยวิธีทั่วไป โดยมีค่าวัสดุและค่าจ้างงานรับเหมาน้อยกว่าเช่นเดียวกัน ขณะที่ค่าใช้จ่ายบริหารมากกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนกำไรและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (4) กระบวนการ
ทำงานของโครงการติดตั้งงานระบบไฟฟ้าควรเริ่มต้นด้วยการขออนุมัติวัสดุอุปกรณ์ การสั่งซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ การจัดทำแบบติดตั้ง การรับสินค้า การดำเนินการติดตั้ง การทดสอบระบบ และการจัดเก็บโดยทุกขั้นตอนควรใช้หลักการของวงจรคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การวางแผนก่อนเริ่มงาน การจดบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงาน การตรวจสอบผลโดยหัวหน้างาน/ผู้ได้รับมอบหมาย และการแก้ไขโดยทันทีเมื่อมีข้อผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้น (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
This study aimed: (1) to study the project management in electrical system of Phanthong mansion construction using general method; (2) to study the project management of electrical system of Phanthong mansion construction using quality circle principles; (3) to compare the project management of electrical system using general method and quality circle principles; and (4) to design the installation process of electrical system using quality circle principles. This study was conducted on the electrical system project of Phanthong mansion construction using general method on 3rd- 4th floor and the quality circle principles on 1st- 2nd floor. The data were collected by data record forms between September 15 – December 30, 2013 and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and t-Test. The results of this study showed that: (1) the project management in electrical systems using general method took duration of 111 days, error of 32 times and profit of 5.42%; (2) the project management using quality circle principles took duration of 78 days, error of 14 times and profit of 13.65%; (3) the project management using quality circle principles took the duration and error less than using general method. The expense on material and sub-contract of the project management using quality circle principles were also less than using general method while the administrative expense and salary were more than using general method with statistical significance at 0.05 level. Other expenses and profit had no differences; and (4) the installation process of electrical system using quality circle principles of plan-do-check-act should begin with the approved materials and follow by procurement of equipment, preparation of installation drawing, material receiving, operation, installation, testing and storage, respectively.
