Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนดารุลมาอาเรฟมูลนิธิ จังหวัดสตูล (2) ศึกษาปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนดารุสมา- อาเรฟมูลนิธิ จังหวัดสตูล และ (3) ศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการลื่อสารเพื่อ การจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนดารุสมาอาเรฟมูลนิธิ จังหวัดสตูล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนดารุลมาอาเรฟมูลนิธิ จังหวัดสตูล ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 101 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ไนการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการ จัดการเรียนการสอนของครูโรงเรียนดารุสมาอาเรฟมูลนิธิ จังหวัดสตูล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยครูใช้คอมพิวเตอร์จัดทำ ประมวลรายวิชา แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ใบความรู้ใบงาน และแบบทดสอบ (2) ปัญหาการใช้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ปัญหาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน โดยมีปัญหา คือ ความเพียงพอ ของอุปกรณ์ และ (3) ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการ สอนของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยครูต้องการให้มีการพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของครูในการใช้อุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the state of using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province; (2) to study problems of using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province; and (3) to study the needs for using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province. The research population comprised 101 teachers teaching at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province during the 2017 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall state of using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province was rated at the moderate level; when specific aspects of the use were considered, the aspect of the use receiving the highest rating mean was that of instructional management, with the teachers using computers for developing details of the courses, learning management plans, knowledge sheets, work sheets, and tests; (2) the overall problem of using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province was rated at the moderate level; when specific problems of the use were considered, the problem receiving the highest rating mean was that of fundamental structure, with the problem being the insufficiency of equipment; and (3) the overall need for using information and communication technology for instructional management of teachers at Darul Maaref Foundation School in Satun province was rated at the high level; when specific needs for the use were considered, the need receiving the highest rating mean was that for using it for instructional management, with the teachers needing to be developed on their knowledge and skills concerning the use of information and communication technology equipment for instructional management.
