Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึง (1) ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจของสตรีวัยแรกทำงาน ในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าลิขสิทธิ์ต่างประเทศที่วางจำหน่ายในห้างสรรพสินค้า เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) พฤติกรรมการซื้อของสตรีวัยแรกทำงาน ในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าลิขสิทธิ์ต่างนประเทศที่วางจำหน่ายห้างสรรพสินค้า เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (3) ผลของความแตกต่างในปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่อการตัดสินใจของสตรีวัยแรกทำงาน ในการซื้อเสื้อผ้าสตรีลิขสิทธิ์ต่างประเทศที่วางจำหน่ายในห้างสรรพสินค้าเขตกรุงเทพมหานครการศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใชัแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือสตรีวัยแรกทำงานที่ซื้อเสื้อผ้าสตรีเฉพาะที่ได้รับ ลิขสิทธิ์จากต่างประเทศและวางจำหน่ายในห้างสรรพสินค้า เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อเสื้อผ้าสตรีลิขสิทธิ์ต่างประเทศ โดยจุดที่วางขายสินค้ามีอิทธิพลอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับสูงที่สุด ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นๆ ในต้านผลิตกัณฑ์ การส่งเสริมการขาย พนักงานขาย และราคา อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับสูงรองลงมา (2) สตรีวัยแรกทำงานจะซื้อเสื้อผ้าลิขสิทธิ์ต่างประเทศโดยมีความถี่ในการซื้อประมาณ 1-3 ครั้งต่อเดือน และ จะเลือกซื้อเสื้อยืดเป็นส่วนใหญ่ (3) การตัดสินใจซื้อมีความแตกต่างกันตามคุณวุฒิและวัยวุฒิ แต่
ส่วนใหญ่จะให้ความสำคัญกับส่วนลดของบัตรสมาชิก และการลดราคาของสินค้ามากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to study (1) factors influencing the decision of female first-time employees to buy international licensed apparel at department stores in the Bangkok Metropolis; (2) buying behavior of female first-time employees in buying international licensed apparel at department stores in Bangkok Metropolis; and (3) effects of differences in personal factors on buying decision of female first-time employees in buying international licensed apparel at department store in Bangkok Metropolis.The method employed in this research was survey study. Questionnaires were distributed and filled in by 400 female first-time employees at department stores in the Bangkok Metropolis. Statistical tools used in the analyses of data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Findings of the research were (1) point of sales, or the location where transactions occur, was the most important factor influencing purchase of international licensed apparel. Other factors such as products, sales promotion, sales staff and product prices were also highly important, though each being less than the point of sales; (2) the female first-time employees, as consumers, would purchase international licensed apparel approximately 1 to 3 times per month and T-shirt was the most popular design choice; and (3) buying decisions of the samples also varied according to ages and academic qualifications, though it is clear the decisions were mostly influenced by the discounts given to membership card holders and special sale prices.
