Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ตรวจสอบภายในต่อการควบคุมภายในตามแนว COSO (2) เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของผู้ตรวจสอบภายในต่อการควบคุมภายในตามแนว COSO จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ประสบการณ์การทำงานระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบภายใน และประเภทหน่วยงานที่ผู้ตรวจสอบภายในสังกัดและ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของผู้ตรวจสอบภายในต่อการควบคุมภายในตามแนว COSO ที่นำมาใช้ในองค์กร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือผู้ตรวจสอบภายในจากหน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ 54 คน จากบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด ประเภทผลิตกรรม 252 คน และจากบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด ประเภทให้บริการ 138 คน รวม 444 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ท ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way
ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ตรวจสอบภายในมีท้ศนคดิต่อองค์ประกอบของการควบคุม ภายในตามแนว COSO โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (2) การวิเคราะห์ เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของผู้ ตรวจสอบภายในที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระยะเวลาใน การปฎิบัติงานตรวจสอบภายใน แตกต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อการควบคุมภายในตามแนว COSO แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 แต่ผู้ตรวจสอบภายในที่สังกัดหน่วยงานต่าง ประเภทกันมีทัศนคติไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ปัญหาและ อุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบของการควบคุมภายในตามแนว COSO ที่นำมาใช้ในองค์กรโดยเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
The objectives of this research were threefold: (1) To study the attitudes of internal auditors to COSO's internal control approach; (2) To compare the different among the internal auditors’ attitude which dependent upon various parameters involving sex, age, education background, work experience, internal audit experience and type of organization; and (3) To study the problem and threat of internal auditors for The sample used in this study were 444 internal auditors consisting of 54 internal auditors from state enterprise. 252 internal auditors from manufacturing listed public companies and 138 internal auditors from service listed public companies. The Likert rating scales questionnaire 1 developed by the researcher, was used as the tool in collecting the data. The SPSS for Windows software had been applied to analyzes and approach such as percentage, mean , standard deviation, t -test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple Comparisons with Least Significant Difference lest (LSD) were used and The results showed that (1) Internal auditors attitudes to COSO's internal control approach were in very good level as average. (2) Differences in internal auditors attitudes which resulted from differences in sex, age. education background 1 work experience and internal audit experience were significant (p < 0.05) 1 differences เก type of organization did not account for difference เก attitudes. (3) Problem and threat for using COSO's internal control approach in organization were เก a medium level as averge.
