การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโครงการในงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค : กรณีศึกษาสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโครงการในงาน สร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่ครอบคลุมข้อมูล 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ข้อมูลโครงการ และข้อมูลงบประมาณ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้วิธีวงจรพัฒนา ระบบ โดยเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของระบบเดิม จากนั้นผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมรายละเอียดข้อมูลทั้งหมดและนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อออกแบบระบบใหม่ การออกแบบระบบประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างของระบบ ฟังก์ชันระบบย่อย ฐานข้อมูล รายงานแบบเรียลไทม์ ส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ และระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย เมื่อออกแบบระบบเสร็จแล้วจึงดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบ ทดสอบระบบและติดตั้งระบบสำหรับผู้ใช้ สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล การพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้โดยโปรแกรมภาษาพีเอชพีระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์เอ็กช์พี ผลการวิจัยคือได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการโครงการในงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกนโรคของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดปทุมธานี ที่มีฟังก์ชันอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บและค้นคืนข้อมูลโครงการ จัดทำรายงานที่มีประโยชน์ในการควบคุม กำกับ ติดตาม ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานและการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ การประเมินผลการทำงานของระบบโดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้ 3 กลุ่ม คือผู้รับผิดชอบงบประมาณ ผู้ตรวจสอบโครงการ และผู้ประสานโครงการ ผลการประเมินพบว่า ผู้ใช้ส่วนมากมีความพึงพอใจระดับดีในทุก ๆ ด้าน

The purpose of the research was to development of Information System for Managing the Projects of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention : A Case of Pathumthani Provincial Public Health Office The database system stored important primary data, project data and budget data. The System Development Life Cycle methodology was used to development of Information System for Managing the Projects of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. The initial step was a feasibility study and then problem analysis of the old managing the projects of health promotion and disease prevention system. The researcher collected all data details and to use for the new system analysis and design. The system design consists of system structure, subsystem functions, database, real time reports, user interfaces and system security. After finishing system design, development, testing and implementation step were conducted. The research tools used were MySQL DBMS, PHP, Windows XP operating system. The result of this research was Information System for Managing the Projects of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention With the facilities to store and retrieve project data. Reports that are useful in monitoring and evaluating the implementation and disbursement of funds. To evaluate the performance of the system by users and third group is responsible for The Administrative budget. The Examiner. And the project manager. The results of evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in all aspects.
