Abstract
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเปิดรับ การรู้เท่าทัน และผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของเยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีเกี่ยวกับ 1 พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ 2) การรู้เท่าทันสื่อออนไลน์ 3) ผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ 4) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของเยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีตามลักษณะทางประชากร 5) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของเยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีตามพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ และ 6) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของเยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีตามระดับการรู้เท่าทันสื่อออนไลน์ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เยาวชนอายุระหว่าง 15-18 ปี ในจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 397 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อเฟซบุ๊กมากที่สุด โดยใช้บริการออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ ผ่านสื่อโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่มากที่สุด ใช้สื่อออนไลน์ที่บ้านหรือที่พักมากที่สุด ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ทุกวัน เฉลี่ยครั้งละ 30 - 60 นาที 2) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีมีการรู้เท่าทันสื่อออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมาก ในประเด็นการเลือกใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อออนไลน์ได้โดยสามารถเลือกเนื้อหาที่เหมาะสมกับตัวเองได้ 3) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีได้รับผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ด้านการเรียน ด้านครอบครัว ด้านอารมณ์ และด้านสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเท่ากันทั้ง 4 ด้าน 4) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้เฉลี่ยของครอบครัวต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันมีการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 5) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการสื่อออนไลน์ คือความถี่ระยะเวลาและค่าใช้จ่ายที่ต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 6) เยาวชนจังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ต่างกันมีระดับการรู้เท่าทันสื่อออนไลน์แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
The objective of this research was to investigate youth in Pattani Province in terms of 1) their online media exposure behavior; 2) their online media literacy; and 3) the impacts of their online media use; as well as to analyze and compare 4) differences in online media use based on demographic factors; 5) differences in online media use based on online media exposure behavior; and 6) differences in online media use based on online media literacy level. This was a quantitative research. The sample population was 397 youth in Pattani Province in the 15-18 age range, chosen through multi-level sampling. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane table at 95% confidence. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test and ANOVA. The results showed that 1) the online media that the sample in Pattani were exposed to the most was Facebook. They accessed online services most often through mobile phones. They were exposed to online media most often at their homes or residences. Most of them used social media every day, on average for 30-60 minutes each time. 2) The sample had a high level of media literacy, and were able to make use of online media by selecting content that was appropriate for themselves. 3) The sample reported being impacted by using online media in terms of study, family, emotions and society, all to a medium level. 4) Differences in the demographic factors of sex, age, educational level, and household income were associated with differences in online media use to a statistically significant degree (p<0.01). 5) Differences in online media exposure behavior (frequency of use, duration of use, and expenses) were associated with differences in online media use to a statistically significant degree (p<0.01). 6) Differences in online media use were associated with differences in online media literacy to a statistically significant degree (p<0.01).
