การประเมินหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2556 สาขาวิชาช่างทองหลวง กาญจนาภิเษกวิทยาลัย ช่างทองหลวง

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร (2) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร และ (3) ประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2556 สาขาวิชาช่างทองหลวง กาญจนาภิเษกวิทยาลัย ช่างทองหลวง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน ผู้สอน จำนวน 31 คน ผู้เรียน จำนวน 208 คนผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 61 คน ผู้ประกอบการ จำนวน 20 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 325 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก ได้แก่จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร โครงสร้างหลักสูตร คุณลักษณะของครูผู้สอน อาคารสถานที่ สื่อและวัสดุอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน (2) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก ได้แก่ การบริหารหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดผลและประเมินผล และ (3) ด้านผลผลิตโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน ซึ่งผลการประเมินเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

The objectives of this study were (1) to evaluate the input of the Goldsmith Major of Vocational Certificate Program, B.E. 2556, of Golden Jubilee Royal Goldsmith College; (2) to evaluate the process of the Goldsmith Major of Vocational Certificate Program, B.E. 2556, of Golden Jubilee Royal Goldsmith College; and (3) to evaluate the output of the Goldsmith Major of Vocational Certificate Program, B.E. 2556, of Golden Jubilee Royal Goldsmith College. There were 325 research informants comprising 5 administrators, 31 teachers, 208 students, 61 graduates, and 20 entrepreneurs. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that (1) regarding the input evaluation, it was found that the overall input including the program objectives, program structure, teachers’ characteristics, buildings and facilities, instructional media, and instructional aids were appropriate at the high level; (2) regarding the process evaluation, it was found that the overall process including the program management, instructional management, and measurement and evaluation were appropriate at the high level; and (3) regarding the output evaluation, it was found that the overall output which was the desirable characteristics of learners, was appropriate at the high level. Thus, the evaluation results met the pre-determined criteria.
