การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการเชื่อมโยงและการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการเชื่อมโยงและการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) แบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 2 ทักษะ คือทักษะการเชื่อมโยงและการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการเชื่อมโยงได้แก่ ความสัมพันธ์ของหน่วยการวัดความยาว และการชั่ง ทักษะการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ได้แก่ การแก้โจทย์ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการวัดความยาว การชั่ง และการตวง และ (2) แบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการเชื่อมโยงและการแก้โจทย์ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ มีคุณภาพด้านความตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 -1.00 ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.965 ความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.30 - 0.79 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.20 - 0.64 และอำนาจวินิจฉัยผ่านเกณฑ์ ซึ่งแบบทดสอบมีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
The purposes of this research were (1) to construct a diagnostic test of mathematical connection and word problem solving skills for Prathom Suksa III students; and (2) to verify the quality of the constructed diagnostic test of mathematical connection and word problem solving skills for Prathom Suksa III Students. The research sample consisted of 384 Prathom Suksa III students studying in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, obtained by stratified random sampling. The instrument employed in this research was a diagnostic test of mathematical connection and word problem solving skills. Statistics for data analysis were the validity index, reliability coefficient, difficulty index, discrimination index, and diagnostic index. Research findings revealed that (1) the constructed diagnostic test was composed of 2 skills: mathematical connection skills and word problem solving skills; the diagnostic test of mathematical connection skills covered the topic of relationship of length measurement unit with the weights measurement unit; while the diagnostic test of word problem solving skills covered the topic of the solving of word problems on length measurement, weights measurement, and quantity measurement; and (2) the constructed diagnostic test of mathematical connection and word problem solving skills was found to have validity as shown by the validity indices ranging from 0.80 - 1.00; its reliability coefficient was 0.965; its difficulty indices ranging from 0.30 - 0.79 its discrimination indices ranging from 0.20 - 0.64; and its pre-determined diagnostic indices passed the criteria. Thus, the quality of the test met the pre-determined criteria
