Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน จังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ พนักงานครูเทศบาลที่สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน 6 โรงเรียน จำนวน 60 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรยามาเน่ และได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลตะลุบัน จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ หลักคุณธรรม หลักความคุ้มค่า หลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักนิติธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส และหลักความมีส่วนร่วม (2) พฤติกรรมการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล ตำบลตะลุบัน จังหวัดปัตตานี ในภาพรวมรายโรงเรียน พบว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทุกโรงเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purpose of this independent study was to study administrative behaviors based on good governance of school administrators under Taluban District Municipality, Pattani Province. The sample of informants consisted of 60 randomly selected teachers teaching in six schools under Taluban District Municipality. The sample size was determined based on Yamane’s sample size formula. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire developed by the researcher. Statistics employed were the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: (1) The administrative behaviors as a whole based on good governance of school administrators under Taluban District Munipality, Pattani Province were rated at the high level; when considered by aspects, it was found that the behaviors in every aspect were rated at the high level and could be ranked from high to low based on rating means of good governance principles as follows: the moral principle, the effectiveness principle, the accountability principle, the rule of law principle, the transparency principle, and the participation principle, respectively. (2) Regarding administrative behaviors based on good governance of each of the six school administrators, it was found that administrative behaviors as a whole of eveiy school administrator were rated at the high level.
