Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกยาความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลตราด (2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ให้บริการต่อการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ และ (3 ) เสนอตัวแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยจำนวน 171 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงและผู้ให้บริการพยาบาลทุกคน จำนวน 74 คน จากหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลตราด จำนวน 5 หอ เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมี 2 ชุด สำหรับผู้ป่วยและผู้ให้บริการ แต่ละชุดมี 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม (2) ความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลตามการ รับรู้ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และ (3) ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะต่อคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาล ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้ป่วยและผู้ให้บริการเท่ากับ 0.93 และ 1.00 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบราค ได้เท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คำถามปลายเปิดด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลอยูใน ระดับมาก ( X = 4.34, SD = 0.57) (2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ให้บริการตอคุณภาพการบริการ พยาบาลอยูในระดับมาก ( X = 4.04, SD = 0.42) และ (3) ตัวแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการ พยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ โรงพยาบาลตราด ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (ก) นโยบายการบริหารจัดการมีความชัดเจน (ข) วัสดุอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือมีความทันสมัย มีประสิทธิภาพ เพียงพอและพร้อมใช้ (ค) การให้บริการมีขั้นตอนรวดเร็วและมีแนวทางเดียวกัน (ง) สถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมเหมาะสมต่อการ ให้บริการ (จ) หอผู้ป่วยพิเศษมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน และ (ฉ) ผู้ให้บริการมีพฤติกรรมบริการดี
The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the satisfaction of patients on quality of nursing services at private wards, (2) to find level of satisfaction of nurses in their job as nursing care personnel, and (3) to build a model for nursing services’ quality at the private wards in Trat Hospital. The sample comprised 2 groups, patients and nursing care personnel. The former included 171 patients and was selected by purposive sampling. The latter included all 74 nursing care personnel from five private wards in Trat Hospital. Two forms of questionnaires were used as research tools and each one consisted of three parts: (1) demographic data, (2) satisfaction on quality of nursing services, and (3) further suggestions on quality of nursing services. The content validity index of the tools was verified by three experts, and they were 0.93. and 1.00 respectively. The Cronbarch’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts were 0.981 and 0.939 respectively. Quantitative data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while open-ended data were analyzed by content analysis. The research findings were as follows. (1) Patients rated their satisfaction on quality of nursing services at the high level (M = 4.34, SD = 0.57). (2) Nursing care personnel rated their satisfaction with their job i.e. quality of nursing services at the high level (M = 4.04, SD = 0.42). (3) The model of nursing services quality was composed of 6 components as follows. (a) Policies of administration and management are clarified. (b) Medical materials and instruments are sufficient, effective, and ready to use. (c) Each step of nursing services is very quick and has the same direction. (d) Places and environment of private wards are appropriate for nursing services. (e) Private wards are comfortable and convenient. Finally, (f) personnel have good service behavior.
