Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานและระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ ของนักกายภาพบำบัดสังกัดโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของนักกายภาพบำบัดสังกัดโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) ปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์การของนักกายภาพบำบัดสังกัดโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักกายภาพบำบัดที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,037 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 289 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานโดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับปานกลางกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ (3) ปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานในด้านความเกี่ยวข้องและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม ความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงานและความสมดุลระหว่างงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์การ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
The objectives of this study were to study: (1) the level of quality of work life and the level of the organizational commitment of physical therapists working at private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan; (2) relationship between factors relating quality of work life and organizational commitment of physical therapists working at private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan; and (3) Quality of work life factors influencing the organizational commitment of physical therapists working at private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan. A survey research design was utilized to carry out this study. The study population was the number of 1,037 comprised physical therapists working at private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample of this research was calculated by using Taro Yamane formula. The sample group of 289 samples was obtained by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was a research instrument for collecting research data from the participants of a study. The data was analyzed using Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings indicated that (1) The overall quality of work life and in the specific areas were at a high level, 2) The overall quality of work life was correlated with the organizational commitment at a moderate level with the statistical significance level of 0.01 and (3) Quality of work life affecting relating to the involvement and benefit to society, progress and stability of work, and the work-life balance had an effect on organizational commitment, accounting with a significance level of 0.01
