Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความต้องการของครูต่อบทบาทในการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความต้องการของครูต่อบทบาทในการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จานวน 337 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ ความต้องการของครูต่อบทบาทในการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ระดับความต้องการของครูต่อบทบาทในการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม มีความต้องการในระดับมาก เมื่อเรียงลำดับความต้องการจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้า ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศและบริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการพัฒนาและสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการวางแผนและจัดการทรัพยากร ด้านการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู และด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างต่อเนื่อง และ (2) ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกันมีความต้องการต่อบทบาทในการส่งเสริมชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน โดยครูโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษมีระดับความต้องการแตกต่างจากขนาดอื่นโดยมีความต้องการน้อยกว่า ส่วนครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลางและใหญ่มีความต้องการไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of needs of teachers for the roles on promotion of professional learning community of school administrators under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and 2) to compare the level of needs of teachers for the roles on promotion of professional learning community of school administrators under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 337 teachers in schools under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1 during the 2020 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs of teacher for the roles on promotion of professional learning community of school administrator, with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pair-wise comparison. The research findings showed that (1) the overall needs of teachers for the roles on promotion of professional learning community of school administrators under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at the high level; the specific needs could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the examination of progress, the creation of the atmosphere and context of changes, the development and the communication of vision for change, the planning and management of resources, the supports of teacher profession development, and the continuous provision of helps, respectively; and (2) the teachers working in schools of different sizes differed significantly in both their overall needs and each of specific needs for the roles on promotion of professional learning community of school administrators, with the teachers in extra-large schools having significantly lower level of needs than those of teachers in schools of other sizes; while teachers in small, medium sized, and large schools did not significantly differ in their levels of needs
