Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอำเภอนครชัยศรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 2 (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และ (4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอนครชัยศรี จำนวน 198 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ วัฒนธรรมองค์กร พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร การสื่อสารในองค์กร และการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ปัจจัยสภาพแวดด้อมในการทำงาน ปัจจัยสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และปัจจัยคุณลักษณะงาน (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก และ (4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งความสุขเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล และปัจจัยคุณลักษณะงาน
The purposes of this research were to study: (1) the level of being an organization of happiness in primary schools in Nakhon Chai Si District under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Educationa Service Area 2; (2) Factors related to the creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools; (3) Relationship between factors related to the creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools. (4) Factors affecting the creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools. The research sample consisted of 198 teachers in Nakhon Chai Si District under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Educationa Service Area 2, by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire with reliability of. 99. Statistics used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The finding of this research found that: ( 1) The level of being an organization of happiness in primary school were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of being an organization of happiness in primary schools could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: organizational culture, Good organizational membership behavior, Communication in the organization, and human resource management. (2) Factors related to the creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: working environment factors, leadership factors , job characteristics factors ,and interpersonal factors ( 3) The relationship between factors related to overall creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools had a positive relationship; and ( 4) factors affecting creation of an organization of happiness in primary schools were the following: leadership factors, interpersonal factors job characteristics factors; the regression equation for prediction of innovative leadership.
