Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของสหกรณ์การเกษตร หนองหวาย จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองหวาย จำกัด และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาธุรกิจรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองหวาย จำกัด วิธีการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองหวาย จำกัด จำนวน 366 คน โดยใช้ วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบโควตา (Quota Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for windows ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสหกรณ์การเกษตรหนองหวาย จำกัด มีพื้นที่ดำเนินการ 2 แห่ง อยู่ที่เขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองและอำเภอน้ำพอง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านต่าง ๆ ตามความต้องการของ สมาชิก ในด้านธุรกิจรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกสหกรณ์มีการกำหนดนโยบายแผนการดำเนินงานร่วมกันระหว่าง คณะกรรมการดำเนินการและฝ่ายจัดการของสหกรณ์ แล้วมอบอำนาจให้คณะอนุกรรมการรับซื้อขายข้าวเปลือก และรองผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดดำเนินการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกจากสมาชิกสหกรณ์และเกษตรกรทั่วไป เพื่อขายต่อ ให้พอค้า และเก็บไว้แปรรูปเป็นข้าวสารถุง 2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ ด้าน เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์มีไม่เพียงพอในการให้บริการ รวมทั้งด้านการวางแผนการบริหารจัดการ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาธุรกิจรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า สหกรณ์ควรลดขั้นตอนในการ ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้รวดเร็วทันต่อเหตุการณ์ พัฒนาระบบการบริหารงานให้ทันกับสภาวะท้องตลาดและพ่อค้า เอกชน สร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้สมาชิกศรัทธาในสหกรณ์ นอกจากนี้สหกรณ์ควรมีการฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มีความ ชำนาญ และทักษะในการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
The objectives of this study were 1)to study the general situation of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative, 2) to study the problems of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative, and 3) to find out the guidance for paddy collecting business development of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative. The Study method was the sample group whir was collected from 366 members of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative applying the Quota Sampling technique with the questionnaire. The statistic analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation by using SPSS for Windows program. The research result showed that 1) the general situation of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative composed of 2 offices which were Mueang District, and Nam Phong District in Khon Kaen province. The Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative worked in many business lines in order to serve the members need with the paddy collecting. The Cooperative made decoction on the policy, and the work plan together with the board of committees, and the management department of the cooperative and then gave the power to the subcommittee to purchase and sell the paddy, Also the assistant manager of the marketing department collected the paddy from the cooperative members, and other farmers to sell to the merchants, and processing packed . 2) the operating problems of Nong Wai Agricultural Cooperative were, the staff of the cooperative in suthiient, tools and equipment were to serve the management planning. 3) for the guidance for paddy collecting business development of the cooperative, the cooperative should reduce the working steps of operation, develop the management system to serve the market condition, and private merchants, build the confidence for the members of the cooperative, and having the trading program for cooperative staff.
