Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการการพัฒนาทักษะทางการสอนของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการการพัฒนาทักษะทางการสอนของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยา ที่มีอายุประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ระดับการศึกษาและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่ต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 64 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบโค้วตาโดยเลือกครู 1 คนจากแต่ละกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 8 กลุ่มจาก 8 โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยา เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยวิธีการเปรียบเทียบ ค่าเฉลี่ยแบบ Fisher’s least-significant difference ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยามีความต้องการการพัฒนาทักษะทางการสอน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการการพัฒนาทักษะทางการสอนของ ครูจำแนกตามอายุ ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และระดับการศึกษา พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ในด้านการจัดการฝึกอบรม และด้านการจัดการส่งเสริมให้มีการศึกษาต่อ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the needs for teaching skill development of teachers in primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya City Municipality; and (2) to compare the needs for teaching skill development of teachers in primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya City Municipality, as classified by age, work experience, educational level, and learning area of teaching. The research sample consisted of 64 teachers obtained by quota sampling from the eight primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya City Municipality. The selection method was as follows: eight teachers were selected from each school by selecting one teacher from each of the eight learning areas of the school; thus, the total number of 64 teachers was selected from the eight schools. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Fisher’s least significant difference method of pair-wise comparison. Research findings showed that (1) the teachers in primary schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya had both the overall need and needs in each of the seven aspects of teaching skill development at the high level; and (2) teachers with different ages, working experiences, and educational levels did not differ significantly in their needs for teaching skill development; while teachers teaching in different learning areas differed significantly, at the .05 level, in their needs for teaching skill development by in-service training and by promotion for further study.
