Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูโรงเรียนในเครือคาทอลิก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จังหวัดตาก และ (2) ศึกษาความต้องการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูโรงเรียนในเครือคาทอลิก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดตาก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่มีคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัวและนำมาใช้ที่โรงเรียน โรงเรียนมีการบริการเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ครูได้ใช้ แต่ใช้งานร่วมกันหลายคน ครูใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เชื่อมต่อกับระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นประจำ โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่ใช้งานเพื่อการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด คือ ไมโครซอฟท์ ออฟฟิศ และครูส่วนใหญ่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (2) ความต้องการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อเฉลี่ยสูงสุดมีดังนี้ คือ ครูต้องการนำความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอน โดยใช้การฝึกอบรมรูปแบบประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งมีระยะเวลาในการฝึกอบรมตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด และหลักสูตรที่ครูต้องการฝึกอบรมคือหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษา ในด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสร้างระบบแหล่งข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนรู้กับผู้เรียน
The purpose of this research was to study of Training Needs on Information Technology of Teachers in Catholic Schools under the office of the Private Education Commission of Tak Provincial Education. The research population comprised 280 teachers of Catholic Schools under the office of the Private Education Commission of Tak Provincial Education. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on Training Needs on Information Technology of Teachers in Catholic Schools. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that ( 1 ) Current conditions in information technology of teachers showed that the most of teachers have personal computers and use at the school. The school provides computers for teachers, but they are shared by many people to use. Teachers regularly use computers connected to the internet. Package Program that is used most for teaching and learning is the Microsoft Office, and most of the teachers have received training in information technology. (2) Training Needs on Information Technology of teachers showed that teachers need training on Information Technology, the overview is at a high level. The highest average in each category is the teachers want to use the information technology knowledge to produce instructional media, by using workshop training, which has a training period as specified by the curriculum. And the curriculum that teachers need to train is Information Technology for Education Training Course, especially, using of information technology to create an information source system for learning with students
