ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานแผนกไอซีที เซอร์วิส บริษัท เดอะแวลลูซิสเตมส์ จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความตั้งใจการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานแผนก ไอซีที่ เซอร์วิส บริษัท เดอะแวลลูซิสเตมส์ จำกัด (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยองค์การกับการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานแผนก ไอซีที เซอร์วิส บริษัท เดอะแวลลูซิสเตมส์ จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานแผนก ไอซีที เซอร์วิส บริษัท เดอะแวลลูซิสเตมส์ จำกัด จำนวนทั้งหมด 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีความเชื่อถือเท่ากับ 0.8236 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานไควัสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานมีระดับความต้องการลาออกจากงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับต่อการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานแผนก ไอซีที เซอร์วิส บริษัท เดอะแวลลูซิสเตมส์ จำกัด ตามรายด้าน คือ อายุของพนักงานและอายุการทำงานของพนักงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และปัจจัยค้านองค์การ พบว่า ด้านความกดดันในการทำงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านความมั่นคงในงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการลาออกจากงานของพนักงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

The objectives of this independent study were ; (1) to study the level of intention among job resignation of the employees in ICT Service department The Value Systems Company Limited ; and (2) to study relationship between personal factors and organizational factors with job resignation of the employees in ICT Service department, The Value Systems Company Limited. The population using in this study was 140 employees in ICT Service department, The Value Systems Company Limited. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.8256. The statistic for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi- Square, and Pearson correation coefficient for hypothesis test. The results of this study found that (1) the overall level of intention of job resignation, was in at the moderate level ; and (2) Individually considering each of personal factors, age and work tenure had statistically significant relationship with job resignation of the employees in ICT Service department, the value systems Co.,Ltd. For organizational factors, work pressure, interpersonal relation, and job security had statistically significant relationship with overall job resignation of the employees at the moderate level.
