การส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวนาโยนของเกษตรกรในอำเภอบ่อเกลือ จังหวัดน่าน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวนาโยนของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตข้าวนาโยนของเกษตรกร 4) ความต้องการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวนาโยนของเกษตรกร 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการผลิตข้าวนาโยนของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตข้าวแบบนาโยน ในอำเภอบ่อเกลือ จังหวัดน่าน ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร ของกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ปีการเพาะปลูก ปี 2562/53 จำนวน 227 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตร ทาโร่ยามาเน่ ยอมให้มีความคลาดเคลื่อนที่ 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 145 ราย โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 56.05 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการผลิตข้าวนาโยน เฉลี่ย 3.73 ปี จำนวนแรงงานเฉลี่ย 23.58 คน และรายได้เฉลี่ย 8,377.50 บาทต่อไร่ (2) สภาพการผลิตเป็นพื้นที่ราบลุ่ม ใช้พันธุ์ข้าวสันป่าตอง 1 อัตราเมล็ดพันธุ์ที่ใช้ 6-10 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ (3) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ในระดับมากที่สุดในประเด็นด้านการเตรียมแปลง เตรียมเมล็ดพันธุ์ และเตรียมกล้าพันธุ์ (4) เกษตรกรต้องการได้รับการส่งเสริมเรื่องการลดต้นทุนการผลิตข้าว การเพิ่มผลผลิตข้าว และการจัดการโรคและแมลง (5) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในเรื่องขาดการสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิตจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้เจ้าหน้าที่ติดตามและให้คำแนะนำอย่างต่อเนื่อง และสนับสนุนวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ทางการเกษตร

The purposes of this research were to study farmers in the following issues: (1) socio-economic condition, (2) parachute rice production condition, (3) knowledge of parachute rice production, (4) extension needs of parachute rice production, and (5) the problems and recommendation on parachute rice production. The population consisted of 227 parachute rice production farmers in Bo Kluea District, Nan Province who registered as economic crop producer with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2019/20. The sample size of 145 persons was determined by using Taro Yamane with tolerance of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was an interview. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results revealed the following: (1) most farmers were female with the average age of 56.05 years and finished primary school. The average experience in parachute rice production was 3.73 years. The average of workers was 23.58 persons and the average household income in agriculture was 8,377.90 baht. (2) Parachute rice production conditions of farmers exposed planting rice in lowland areas, also using the rice variety San Pa Tong 1, and seed rate used 6-10 kg per rai. (3) Most farmers had knowledge of parachute rice production in accordance with the preparation of the plot, the seeds, and seedlings at the highest level. (4) Extension needs of these farmers were to provide knowledge to reduce the cost of rice production, increase rice yield, disease and insect management. (5) Farmers faced with the problems, lacking inputs support from government agencies, and had recommendation that the officers should follow and make suggestions continuously, and support agricultural materials and equipment.
