Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์นิคมคลองสวนหมาก จำกัด 2) ปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 3) ปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 4) ปัจจัยด้านสหกรณ์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการตัดสินใจออมเงิน การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกของสหกรณ์นิคมคลองสวนหมาก จํากัด จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ณ วันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2562 ซึ่งฝากเงินกับสหกรณ์ จํานวน 2,186 ราย กําหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 0.05 ได้จํานวนตัวอย่าง 340 ราย สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเฉพาะสมาชิกที่มีเงินออมกับสหกรณ์นิคมคลองสวนหมาก จํากัด เท่านั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลส่วนใหญ่ อายุ สถานภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์การตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิก ยกเว้น เพศ และระดับการศึกษาที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ 2) ปัจจัยเศรษฐกิจส่วนใหญ่ จํานวนผู้มีเงินได้ในครอบครัวของสมาชิก รายได้ของครัวเรือนต่อเดือน และรายจ่ายของครัวเรือนมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจออมเงิน ยกเว้น จำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว ที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ 3) ปัจจัยสังคมส่วนใหญ่ ประเภทของการออม ความถี่การออม จำนวนเงินออมต่อครั้ง และจำนวนเงินออม ทุกประเภทรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจออมเงิน 4) ปัจจัยสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ ประเภทของการออม ความถี่การออม และจำนวนเงินออมต่อครั้ง มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจออมเงิน และ 5) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม รายได้ขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณ ราคาผลผลิต และสภาพอากาศรายได้ส่วนใหญ่ใช้จ่ายในการดำรงชีพ อีกทั้งสมาชิกขาดความรู้เรื่องการออม การจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนและไม่มีการวางแผนการใช้เงิน โดยสหกรณ์ควรจัดการบริการทางด้านการออมเงินให้ชัดเจน เช่น ดอกเบี้ย ผลตอบแทน สิทธิประโยชน์ เพื่อให้สมาชิกเข้าใจการรับบริการทางด้านการออมเงิน
The objectives of this research were to study 1) individual factors affecting the decision in saving of members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited 2) economic factors impacting the decision in saving of members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited 3) social factors affecting the decision in saving of members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited 4) cooperative factors impacting the decision in saving of members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited 5) problems and suggestions m the decision in saving of members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited. Tins study was a survey research. The population of this study was 2,186 members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited in Kamphaeng Phet Province, who deposited hinds with the cooperative as of 31 March, 2019. The sample size of 340 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and purposive sampling method which was done with only members of Klongsuanmak Industrial Estate Cooperative Limited. Tool used for collecting data was questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, and content analysis. The results of tide study found out that 1) Most of personal factors were related to the decision to save money. It showed that age and status were related to the decision in saving except for gender and the level of education. 2) The economic factors that related to the decision in saving showed that the number of breadwinners in the household of the members, household income per month, and household expenses were related to the decision to save funds except for the number of members in the family. 3) Social factors which related to the decision in saving found that the type of saving, the amount of saving per time, the frequency m saving, and the total amount of saving were related to the decision in saving. 4) The cooperative factors impacting the decision in saving, type of saving, frequency in saving, and amount of saving each time related to the decision in fund saving. 5) Problems and obstacles included that most of the members were fanners and their income were depended on the quantity, product pace, and weather conditions. Most of the income was mainly used for a daily living. Furthermore, members lacked knowledge about saving, household accounting, and lack of knowledge about financial planning. The cooperative should manage the clear saving service such as interest, return, and benefits so that members would better understand about the process of saving service
