การวางแผนการเงินของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอหลังสวน จังหวัดชุมพร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะการวางแผนการเงิน และ (2) ปัจจัยที่มีต่อการวางแผนการเงินของพนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตอำเภอหลังสวน จังหวัดชุมพร การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาจากประชากร คือ พนักงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอหลังสวน จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 266 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย สถานภาพสมรส มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีลักษณะการวางแผนทางการเงิน คือ กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ในการวางแผนการเงินเพื่อควบคุมสถานะทางการเงิน รูปแบบการวางแผน การเงินเน้นความมั่นคงทางการเงิน เป็นการวางแผนระยะยาวมากกว่า 3 ปี บุคคลในครอบครัวเป็นผู้มีอิทธิพลในการวางแผนการเงิน และสะสมเงินในลักษณะเงินฝากออมทรัพย์ และ (2) ปัจจัยสำคัญต่อการวางแผนการเงินของพนักงานคือ รายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย รองลงมาคือ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการวางแผนการเงิน ภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจัยอื่นเฉพาะบุคคลและการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการเงิน

The objectives of this study were to study: (1) the financial planning pattern; and (2) the factors on financial planning of local government organizations officials in Lang Suan district, Chumphon province. This study focused on population, 266 local government organizations officials in Lang Suan district, Chumphon province. The tool used in this study was questionnaire and the statistics employed to analyse the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results reported that: (1) most officials (interviewees) were male and their status were married. About education, the graduated Bachelor Degree. Their financial planning pattern consisted of defining the financial objectives to control the financial position and defining the type of financial planning, focusing on solvency. Moreover, they usually plan in long term, more than 3 years. Financial planning was influenced by family member and the type of saving was saving account. (2) The important factors on financial planning of officials were revenue and expenses. The next were the knowledge of financial planning, economy, individual factor and the perception of financial planning information, respectively.
