Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่มีต่อการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสของบุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่างกัน (3) ศึกษาถึงปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบทางด้านบัญชีและสามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี สำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสได้ทุกระบบที่กระจายอยู่ทั่วประเทศจำนวน 392 คน จากองค์กรต่าง ๆองค์กรละ 1 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยแบ่งตามประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส ออกเป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสที่ตํ่ากว่า 1 ปี ระหว่าง 1-3 ปีและมากกว่า 3 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงระหว่าง 0.9415 ถึง 0.9753 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทดสอบที ค่าทดสอบเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่มีต่อการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากเกือบทุกระบบ ยกเว้นระบบวิเคราะห์การขาย ซึ่งมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง (2) บุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่มีอายุระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส ในระบบต่างๆ ไม่แตกต่างกันบุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์ ตำแหน่งงาน ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส ในบางระบบแตกต่างกัน บุคลากรฝ่ายบัญชีที่ทำงานในกิจการประเภทต่างอันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส แตกต่างกันในทุกระบบ (3) ปัญหาการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสที่พบคือ 1) ระบบการคิดต้นทุนมีน้อยวิธี 2) ข้อจำกัดของการพิมพ์งาน 3) การบันทึกข้อมูล แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาคือ 1)พัฒนาระบบการคิดต้นทุนให้เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจที่หลากหลาย 2) เพิ่มทางเลือกการพิมพ์งานให้ผ่านเครื่องพิมพ์ให้มากขึ้นและ 3) ปรับการบันทึกข้อมูล
The objectives of this research were to: (1) study the satisfaction of the accountants toward the use of Express accounting software package; (2) compare the satisfaction of the accountants with different personal factors in the use of Express accounting software package;and (3) study the problems and the solutions of the Express accounting software package. The samples consisted of 392 accountants, each from 1 organization, using the Express accounting software package in all modules all over the country. The samples were randomly selected from experience of them on using the Express accounting software package for less than 1 year, 1-3 years and more than 3 years. The questionnaire used as a tool had reliability value betweenO.9415 to 0.9753. The statistic used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test and analysis of variance. Results showed that (1) most accountants had satisfaction on the use of the Express accounting software package at the high level in almost every module, except the sale analysis module that were in the middle level, (2) the accountants with different ages and education had no different satisfaction to the Express accounting software package in various modules. The accountants with different experiences and positions had different satisfaction in some modules of the Express accounting software package while the accountants with different business had different satisfaction on the use of Express accounting software package in every modules; (3) Problems of using the Express accounting software package were: 1) the costing calculation module is not adequate; 2) the restriction of printing order; and 3) the information recording. The solutions were that: 1) development of the costing calculation module to suit the business; 2) increase of printing alternative; and 3) improvement of information recording.
