Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพแสงที่เหมาะสมต่อการเจริญเติบโตปริมาณน้ำหนัก ขนาดความยาว และอัตราการรอดของไรน้ํานางฟ้าไทยในสภาพควบคุม (2) ศึกษาสภาพแสงที่เหมาะสมต่อการเจริญเติบโต น้ำหนัก ขนาดความยาว และอัตราการรอดของไรน้ํานางฟ้าไทยในสภาพเลี้ยงจริง (3) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตในการส่งออกหน่วยทดลอง คือไรน้ํานางฟ้าไทย 256 ตัวต่อตู้ควบคุมแสง ขนาด (กว้าง x ยาว x สูง) 32 x 40 x 25 เซนติเมตร แต่ละตู้มีการควบคุมแสงสีและความสว่างที่ใช้ต่าง ๆ กันโดยมีแสงสี 5 สี ได้แก่ หลอดไฟ สีขาว สีเหลือง สีแดง สีเขียว และสีน้ําเงิน โดยมีการใช้ความสว่าง 4 ระดับ ได้แก่ 500, 1000, 1500 และ 2000 ลักซ์ ทําการเลี้ยงไรน้ํานางฟ้าไทยในตู้ควบคุม 20 ตู้ จํานวน 5 ครั้ง แต่ละ
ครั้งเป็นเวลา 12-15 วัน วางแผนการทดลอง 5 x 4 Factorial in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) ใช้สถิติเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย Duncan's new Multiple Range Test (DMRT) และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแปรปรวนข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วย ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) เพื่อหาแสงสีและความสว่างที่เหมาะสมมาใช้เลี้ยงในบ่อวง ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 120 เซนติเมตร ซึ่งจําลองการเลี้ยงในสภาพจริง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) แสงสีแดง และความสว่างของแสงที่ 1500 ลักซ์ มีผลต่อน้ำหนักเฉลี่ย และขนาดความยาวเฉลี่ยของไรน้ํานางฟ้าไทยอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ (p<0.05) แสงสีและความสว่างมีอัตราการรอดตายไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (p>0.05) รวมทั้งลดจํานวนวันในการเลี้ยงให้ได้ขนาดตามต้องการลงได้จาก 15 วันเป็น 12 วัน (2) สภาพการเลี้ยงจริงในบ่อวง ที่แสงสีแดง และความสว่าง 1000 ลักซ์ ให้ผลของน้ำหนักเฉลี่ย ขนาดความยาวเฉลี่ยตามเกณฑ์ที่ต้องการ และมีอัตราการรอดตายสูงถึง 90 % และ (3) ประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เมื่อเทียบกับการเลี้ยงในสภาพปกติด้วยแสงธรรมชาติ และระยะเวลาการเลี้ยง 15 วัน ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น 20% สามารถลดพลังงานไฟฟ้า 61.63 บาท/เดือน และลดต้นทุนด้านแรงงาน 1500 บาท/เดือน
The purposes of this research were to (1) study proper lighting condition for the growth, weight, length and the survival rate of Thai fairy shrimp in the control condition. (2) Study proper lighting condition for the growth, weight, length and the survival rate of Thai fairy shrimp in real condition. (3) To increase productivity for export . Experimental unit were 256 of Thai fairy shrimp per light control cabinet in size of 32x40x25 cubic centimeters. Each light cabinet was controlled by 5 color light bulbs of white, yellow, red, green and blue. Light as well as 4 illuminance levels of 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 lux. The experiment was done by framing Thai fairy shrimp in controlled cabinets for 5 times and each time has 12 to 15 days. The experiment used 5 x 4 factorial 20 Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), mean difference comparison of Duncan's new Multiple Range Test (DMRT), and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) for finding proper condition of lighting color and illuminance level for simulating real farming in circular cement pond of 120 centimeters diameter. Research result found that (1) red light and illuminance at 1000 lux effected significantly on average weight and length of the shrimp (p<0.05), including reduction of farming day from 15 to 12 days. (2) for real farming with red light and 1000 lux, the result showed the average weight and length were in the standard, and survival rate was at 90 %. (3) productivity when compared with farming natural light (15 days) increased 20 %. Reduced power consumption 61.63 baht/month, and labor costs 1500 baht/month
