Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับประสิทธิผลของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด (3) เสนอแนะกลยุทธ์การนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด ให้ประสบความสำเร็จยิ่งขึ้น การวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณที่ใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ และมีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นส่วนสนับสนุน ประชากรที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ (1) พนักงานในสังกัด บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด จำนวน 2,748 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 350 คน ได้จากการคำนวณจากสูตรของยามาเน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (2) ผู้บริหารระดับสูง จำนวน 4 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการเจาะจงมาจำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัยและการจำแนกชนิดข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิผลของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด มีไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ณ ระดับ .05 (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยการบริหารคุณภาพโดยรวม ปัจจัยหลักการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยมีความสามารถในการอธิบายความผันแปรของประสิทธิผลของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ได้ร้อยละ 39.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ณ ระดับ .05 (3) กลยุทธ์ของการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด ให้มีประสิทธิผล คือ ผู้บริหารและพนักงานควรให้ความสำคัญในการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้ในบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด โดยยึดหลักการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ใช้การบริหารคุณภาพโดยรวม และหลักการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศ เป็นแนวปฎิบัติ โดยกำหนดเป็นแนวทางการปฏิบัติแผนงาน/โครงการให้ชัดเจน และนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างแท้จริง และผู้บริหารควรมีการยกย่องเชิดชูหรือให้รางวัลหน่วยงานที่มีความโดนเด่นในการนำนโยบายการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีไปใช้
The objectives of this research were to : (1) study the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited; (2) study factors affecting the effectiveness of good corporate governance implementation in Transport Company Limited; (3) recommend strategies for implementing the good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited is a more excellent successful manner. A combination of quantitative research using survey research was applied together with qualitative research as supported. The respondent population was divided into two groups: (1) employees of Transport Company Limited 2,748 persons, a sample of 350 people was calculated using the Yamane formula and using stratified random sampling. (2) chief executives four persons applied purposive sampling to select the sample 4 persons. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. Statistic methods were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Qualitative data analysis was an analytic induction and classification of data. The results of this research were: (1) the effectiveness of implementing the good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited was not less than 70 per cent; statistically significant level.05 (2) factors influencing the effectiveness of the implementation of the good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited were the implementation of the policy, the total quality management, the principle of management excellence with the ability to explain the variation in the effectiveness of the implementing the good corporate governance 39.7 percent; statistically significant level.05 (3) the strategy of implementing a good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited to be effective was that the executives and employees should focus on implementing the good corporate governance policy in Transport Company Limited. Adhering to the implementation of the policy, apply the total quality management and management principles towards excellence as guidelines by defining explicit plan project implementation guidelines, in addition to leading to actual implementation. Furthermore, chief executives should honors or reward the agencies that have outstanding performance in implementing good corporate governance policy.
