การใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี (2) ศึกษาความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถาบันราชภัฏเพชรบุรี และ (3) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการใช้และความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี จํานวน 131 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรีที่มีเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด ตําแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตําแหน่งทางการบริหารต่างกันมีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้บริหารที่มีระยะเวลาในการดํารงตําแหน่งทางการบริหารต่างกันมีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) (2) ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรีที่มีเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด และตําแหน่งทางวิชาการต่างกันมีความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้บริหารที่มีตําแหน่งทางการบริหารและระยะเวลา ในการดํารงตําแหน่งทางการบริหารต่างกันมีความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) (3) โดยรวมผู้บริหารมีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารและความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) โดยผู้บริหารมีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารในระดับปานกลางแต่มีความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research were (1) to study administrative information used by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University administrators, (2) to study the need of administrative information by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University administrators, and (3) to compare administrative information used and needed by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University administrators. All one-hundred and thirty-one Phetchaburi Rajabhat University administrators completed self-administered questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Research findings were: 1) No significant differences in administrative information use existed among Phetchaburi Rajabhat University administrators based on gender, age, levels of education, academic positions, and administrative positions. However, administrators with a greater or lesser duration of administrative office were found to use information significantly differently (p < .01). 2) No significant differences in administrative information need existed among the administrators based upon gender, age, levels of education, and academic positions. However, administrators with varying years of administrative office and administrative positions were found to report significantly different information need (p < .05). (3) Results also revealed information used and needed by administrators were significantly different (p < .01). They were found to use information at a moderate level while expressing a high level of information need.
