Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนบุญวาทย์วิทยาลัย จังหวัดลำปาง (2) ศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนบุญวาทย์วิทยาลัย ลำปาง และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนบุญวาทย์วิทยาลัยจังหวัดลำปาง
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบุญวาทย์ริทยาลัย จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 367 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามสภาพการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .81 และ แบบสอบถามปัญหาการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .76 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกต้าน ต้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริการศึกษาข้อมูลนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ต้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยตาสุด ได้แก่ ต้านบริการปรึกษา 2) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานแนะแนว ของโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับน้อย ต้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านบริการปรึกษา ต้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยตาสุด ได้แก่ ต้านบริการศึกษาข้อมูลนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการดำเนินงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนที่พบ ควรนำเสนอให้แก่ผู้ที่มี ส่วนเกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ เพื่อหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมร่วมกันในการดำเนินการพัฒนารูปแบบ การดำเนินงานแนะแนวได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the state of guidance activities of the Bunyawat Witthayalai School at Lampang Province 2) examine the problems of guidance activities of the Bunyawat Witthayalai School and 3) study guideline for the development of guidance activities of the Bunyawat Witthayalai School. The samples consisted of the school administrators, teachers, and students of the Bunyawat Witthayalai School at Lampang Province . They were obtained by stratified randomization with 367 persons. The instruments were the questionnaires about the state of guidance activities with a reliability of .81 and the questionnaires about the problems of guidance activities with a reliability of .76. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that: (1) the overall mean of the state of guidance activities of the schools was high in all aspects. The highest was individual inventory service and the lowest was counseling service. (2) the overall mean of the problems of guidance activities of the school was low. The highest mean level was counseling service and the lowest was individual inventory service. And (3) about the recommendation and guideline for the development of guidance activities, they suggested the presentation of the research results to the related person in this issue for their suitable coordination in the development of the effective guidance activities at the school in the future.
