การพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อของศูนย์ทรัพยากรสาหร่าย สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาระบบการให้บริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อของศูนย์ทรัพยากรสาหร่าย สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (2) ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และรายงานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการของคำสั่งซื้อ และ(3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อ งานวิจัยนี้พัฒนาระบบการให้บริการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป "โอเพนคาร์ท"โดยมีแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบ 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) วิเคราะห์และกำหนดความต้องการ 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนา 3) สร้างและทดสอบ และ 4) ดูแลรักษาและปรับปรุงพร้อมระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อ ประกอบไปด้วย10 ระบบย่อย ซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยปรับปรุงระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อของศูนย์ทรัพยากรสาหร่าย โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบจากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 30 คน และสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 5 คน พบว่า ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก (X=4.23,S.D .= 0.57) นอกจากนี้ผลที่ได้รับจากการ สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 5 คน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจในเกณฑ์ดี เช่นเดียวกัน ดังนั้นสรุปได้ว่า ระบบจัดการสั่งซื้อนี้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ลดระยะเวลา และขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างไรก็ตามข้อเสนอแนะของงานวิจัยดังกล่าว คือ ควรเพิ่มช่องทางการชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต และพัฒนาเป็นแอปพลิเคชันบนสมาร์ทโฟน

The purposes of this study were as follows (1) to develop the e-service of purchasing order management system for Algal Resource Center, Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR); (2) To trace, analyze and report the data involving in a process of purchasing order and(3) To evaluate the satisfaction from the users of the system. In this study, the e-service purchasing order management system were developed using “Opencart” and developed based on four main steps : 1) analysis and requirement definition;2) design and development; 3) construction and testing and 4) maintenance and improving. The system consists of 10 sub-systems which help to improve the purchasing system for Algal Resource Center. In order to evaluate user satisfaction of system, 30 users were collected by questionnaires and 5 administrators were interviewed. The satisfaction obtained from 30 users werein a good level (𝑥̅= 4.23 and S.D. = 0.57). Furthermore, the results obtained from interview 5 administrators also indicated that they were satisfied with the system in good level. Thus, this system meets the need of customers, reduce the computation time and reduce the stepsof work. However, the suggestions were about enhancing the payment feature by using credit card and mobile application development for this system
