ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานของสถานประกอบกิจการ ในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการ ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานของสถานประกอบกิจการในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานของสถานประกอบกิจการในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี (3) เสนอแนะ แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานของสถานประกอบกิจการในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานของสถานประกอบกิจการในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ได้แก่ ปัจจัยความไว้วางใจ ปัจจัย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ปัจจัยระบบโครงสร้าง และปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการพยายาม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมสวัสดิการ และคุ้มครองแรงงาน คือ ควรพัฒนาระบบให้มีความปลอดภัย พัฒนาระบบให้สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ ทุกที่ทุกเวลาอย่างรวดเร็วและไม่ซับซ้อน รวมถึงพัฒนาฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานให้เหมาะสม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบให้บริการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์.

The objectives of this research were to study: (1) efficiency of electronics service system of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for enterprises in Prachinburi Province (2) factors affecting to the efficiency of electronics service system of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for enterprises in Prachinburi Province, and (3) propose the guidelines for developing electronics service system of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. This research was designed as a quantitative research. The target population was enterprise users within the 7 districts in Prachinburi Province. Total of 291 samples from 1,059 people were calculated by using Taro Yamane’s formula. The research instrument was the questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis consisting of two parts. Fisrt, descriptive analysis consisting of mean, percentage and standard deviation. Second, inferential statistics was analysed by using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. The research findings revealed that (1) the efficiency of electronics service system of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for enterprises in Prachinburi Province were rated in high level. (2) Factors that affected the efficiency of electronics service system consisted of trust, facility, structure of electronics service system and expectancy at the significance level of 0.05. (3) Therefore, the guidelines for developing electronics service system of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare were firstly, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare should develope the security system. Secondly, the operating system should be enable for enterprise users anywhere and anytime and easy to access with no complication. Lastly, The function of system and should be applied appropriate in order to increase the efficiency of electronics service system.
