ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสาเร็จในการดำเนินงานการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (2) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณประชากรในการวิจัยคือบุคลากร ข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำ และ ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว ในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงานทั้งหมด 1,120 คน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 295 คน ตามสูตรการคำนวณของ ทาโรยามาเน่ มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน มีความสำเร็จระดับปานกลาง (2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน มีอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยรวม

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the success of strategic management of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency. (2) the leadership of the executives of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency. (3) the relationship between leadership and strategic management of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency This research was a quantitative research. Population consisted of 1,120 government officials, government employees, permanent and temporary workers of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, from which 295 samples were obtained with the application of Taro Yamane’s calculation. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were percentage, frequency, average, deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficients Research results revealed that (1) the success of strategic management of Department of Alternative Energy evelopment and Efficiency was at moderate level (2) the leadership of the executives of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency was at high level (3) the leadership of the executives correlated positively with strategic management of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
