การสร้างหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง ตำนานและประเพณีของจังหวัดภูเก็ต สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จังหวัดภูเก็ต

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) สร้างหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมเรื่องตำนานและประเพณีภูเก็ต สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จังหวัดภูเก็ต และ (2) ประเมินคุณภาพของหนังสืออ่านเพิ่ม ที่สร้างขึ้นผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนเชิงทะเลวิทยาคม “จุติ-ก้อง อนุสรณ์” จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 10 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง ตำนานและประเพณีภูเก็ต แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง ตำนานและประเพณีภูเก็ต ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย ตำนาน 8 เรื่อง ได้แก่ ตำนานศาลหลักเมืองภูเก็ต ตำนานท้าวเทพกระษัตรี-ท้าวศรีสุนทร ตำนานพระผุดตำนานหลวงพ่อแช่ม ตำนานพ่อตาโต๊ะแซะ ตำนานโต๊ะพระแทว ตำนานเขานาคเกิด และตำนานรักสะพานสารสินส่วนประเพณี ได้แก่ ประเพณีถือศีลกินผัก ประเพณีพ้อต่อประเพณีตรุษจีน ประเพณีเฉ่งเม้ง ประเพณีไหว้เทวดา ประเพณีให้ทานไฟ ประเพณีลอยเรือและประเพณีการแต่งงานบาบ๋า โดยแต่ละเรื่องมีภาพประกอบและมีกิจกรรมท้ายเรื่อง และ(2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ปรากฏว่าหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมในภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด และนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติมว่า หนังสือโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด

The objectives of this study were (1) to construct a supplementary reading entitled Legends and Traditions of Phuket Province for Mathayom Suksa I students in Phuket province; and (2) to evaluate quality of the developed supplementary reading. The research informants were three experts, and 10 Mathayom Suksa I students of Cherng Thaley Wittayakom “Chuti-Kong Anusorn” School in Phuket province, all of which were purposively selected. The employed research instruments were the developed supplementary reading entitled Legends and Traditions of Phuket Province, a quality assessment form, and a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the supplementary reading. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, and standard deviation. Research results were that (1) the developed supplementary reading entitled Legends and Traditions of Phuket Province comprised eight legends and eight traditions; the eight legends were the Legend of Phuket City Pillar Shrine, the Legend of Thao Thep Kasattri and Thao Sri Sunthorn, the Legend of the Half-Submerged Buddha Image, the Legend of Luang Pho Chaem, the Legend of Pho Ta To Sae, the Legend of To Phra Thaew, the Legend of Nak Kert Hill, and the Legend of Loving Sarasin Bridge; on the other hand, the eight traditions were the Tradition of Observing the Vegetarian Precept, the Tradition of Pho To, the Chinese New Year Tradition, the Cheng Meng Tradition, the Tradition of Paying Homage to Gods, the Hai Than Fire Tradition, the Boat Floating Procession Tradition, and the Baba Marriage Tradition; each topic had illustration and end-of-story activities; and (2) results of quality evaluation by the experts showed that the supplementary reading as a whole was appropriate at the highest level, and the students had opinions that the supplementary reading as a whole was appropriate at the highest level.
