Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีม โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (2) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีม ที่ส่งผลต่อระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม (3) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีม ที่ส่งผลต่อระดับความสำเร็จในการทำงานเป็นทีม และ (4) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ส่งผลต่อระดับประสิทธิ ภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงาน บริษัท ออสสิริส ฟิวเจอร์ส จำกัดการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานบริษัท ออสสิริส ฟีวเจอร์ส จำกัด จำนวน 240 คน ซึ่งใช้หลักการพิจารณาขนาดตัวอย่างประชากรที่เหมาะสมจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของ ทาโร่ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉดี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าที่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Person Correlation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 26-35 ปี สถานภาพโสด จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ตำแหน่งพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ (1 1) รายได้ต่อเดือน 15,001 - 25,000 บาท และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน 1-5 ปี โดย (1) พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีมในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกด่างและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ยกเว้นรายด้านการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (2) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ส่งผลต่อระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานบริษัท ออสสิริส ฟิวเจอร์ส จำกัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ส่งผลต่อระดับของความสำเร็จในการทำงานเป็นทีมในระดับมาก (4) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบการทำงานเป็นทีมมีความสัมพันธ์แบบเชิงบวกและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมในความเข้มข้นระดับมาก
The objectives of this study were to: (1) study the teamwork factors affecting classified according to their individual characteristic, (2) study the teamwork factors affecting the level of performance efficiency (3) study the efficiency of teamwork affecting the success of teamwork and (4) study the relationship of individual characteristic and teamwork factors affecting work efficiency of a team of employees Ausiris Futures Co., Ltd. The samples used in this research were 150 employees at Ausiris Futures Co., Ltd. from a total population of 240 employees by Taro Yamane equation. The methodology used for collecting the data was a Likert scale questionnaire. The statistical employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, variance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results from research were as follow: The majority of women aged between 26-35 years old, single, graduated with a bachelor's degree. The operational level (L 1) a monthly income of 15,001-25,000 baht and the period of performance 1-5 years (1) employees who have different individual characteristic, there are elements of teamwork in the overall and the difference is not in the same direction exemption evaluation of performance. (2) Teamwork Factors Affecting Work Efficiency of the employees at Ausiris Futures Co.,Ltd. were at a high level (3) Effective teamwork that affect the level of success in teamwork level (4) the element of teamwork is correlated positively and in. the same performance as a team.
