คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย : กรณีศึกษาโรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาในด้านผลตอบแทนที่เป็นธรรม ด้านสภาพการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย ด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพในการทำงาน ด้านความมั่นคงและก้าวหน้าในงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร ด้านงานที่อิสระและท้าทาย และ ด้านความสมดุลในชีวิตงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว (2)ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานจำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล อันได้ แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน อายุการทำงาน รายได้และกองงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาโรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะ จำนวน1,003 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 278 คน ตามตารางสุ่มของเคร็จซีและมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบวัดระดับที่เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ( ANOVA ) และการทดสอบด้วยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ ( Scheffe’s Test ) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาโรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาโรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะที่มีลักษณะบุคคลในเรื่อง อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน อายุการทำงาน รายได้ และกองงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ ผู้ ปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาที่มี เพศ แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this study were (1) to study in the quality of work life of maintenance‘ s employee in Adequte and fair compensation , Safe and healthy , Development of human capacities , Growth and security , Social integration , freedom and itself in work and The balance of work and life (2) to study the compare in the quality of work life of maintenance ‘s employee such as sex , age , education , position , age of job , income and maintenance shop . The population was maintenance ‘s employee in the Mae-Moh power plant 1,003 persons . The sample was selected using Random table of kate and morgan in 278 persons. Were given self-administered rating-scale questionnaires ( reliability level at 0.95 ) regarding their levels of participation in the implementation of annual operating plans. computer program was used to calculate the percentage , mean , standard deviation , ANOVA and the Scheffe’ s test. The results of this study were (1) The total of quality of work life in maintenance ‘ s employee in good case ; (2) The maintenance ‘ s employee who have different in age , education , position , age of job , income and maintenance shop would have the different in quality of work life in their perceived levels of participation (p<.05). The maintenance ‘ s employee who have different in sex will be quality of work life is not different at the .05 level.
