ความพึงพอใจของพนักงานที่มีต่อค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจากโรงงาน ซี.ซี.เอช.การ์เม้นท์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของพนักงานที่มีต่อ ค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจากโรงงาน ซี.ซี.เอช.การ์เม้นท์ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่าง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงาน และประสบการณ์ใน การปฏิบัติงานกับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อค่าตอบแทนที่ไต้รับจากโรงงาน ซี.ซี.เอช.การ์เม้นท์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานจากโรงงาน ซี.ซี.เอช.การ์เม้นท์ ผู้ศึกษาใช้การกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างของ ทาโร่ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 70 คน และทำการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงกับพนักงานใน 9 แผนก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์ด้วย สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิง อนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบแบบที และค่าสถิติทดสอบในการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจากโรงงาน ซี.ซี.เอช. การ์เม้นท์ ในภาพรวม จัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก (มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.03) เมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า ลำดับแรก คือ ค่าตอบแทนที่เป็นตัวเงิน (มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.19) จัดอยู่ ในเกณฑ์มาก และค่าตอบแทนที่ไม่เป็นตัวเงิน (มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.98) จัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจากโรงงาน ชี.ชี. เอช.การ์เม้นฑ์ จำแนกตามอายุ แผนกที่ปฏิบํติงาน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น เพศ และระดับการศึกษา มีความแตกต่างกันในค่าตอบแทนด้านผลประโยชน์อื่น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This study aimed to study: (1) the level of employee satisfaction on compensation received from the C.C.H. garment factory; and (2) to compare the differences between personal factors, by sex, age, education, department and work experience with satisfaction on compensation received from the C.C.H. garment factory. The samples used in the study were employees of the C.C.H. garment factory. The study used a sample size of Yamane's sample size and sampling were 70 employees in nine departments. by using the questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical packages analyzed with descriptive statistics, including frequency and percentage, average, standard deviation and inferential statistics. The statistical test and the test statistics in the one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that: (1) satisfaction on compensation received C.C.H. garment factory as a whole is very satisfactory. (The mean was 4.03). The first order is found that the average compensation is monetary. (The mean was 4.19) is very satisfactory and non-monetary compensation. (The mean was 3.98) in the very sequence is not in accordance with the assumptions set; (2) Test the hypothesis that satisfaction with the compensation received from the C.C.H. garment factory by age, community and experience in the operation and the overall difference Exclusion, gender and education level.
